Need a change of scenery?

This charming three bedroom, two bath contemporary sleeps 8 and is conveniently located near the ferry, town center and beaches. This home features an open floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights, hardwood floors, a finished basement recreation room (w/ ping pong table) and air conditioning throughout. The home's amenities also include cable TV, Blu-Ray DVD player with 180+ DVD movie titles, numerous board games, wireless Internet (Wi-Fi), Bose radio, full laundry, dish washer, outdoor hammock, outdoor gas grill and a "refreshing" outdoor shower. Linens are NOT provided but the house comes with comforters/blankets/pillows/dish towels. The home has a well-equipped new kitchen (2020) a new outdoor deck (2020) off the breakfast nook and a new patio (2020).

One minute walk to Tisbury town tennis court and new pickleball courts (2023). Three minute walk to Lake Tashmoo where you can enjoy sunsets on the dock. Just under a mile or 15 minute walk to town!

House will be sanitized before and after each renter with industrial/hospital grade cleaners. Come enjoy a week away on beautiful Martha's Vineyard!

The Best on the Island

This was by far my favorite VRBO. The hosts are extremely thoughtful and prepared. We were greeted with a handwritten note welcoming us, along with chilled wine. The host book covered everything from how to operate the remotes, to lists of menus for dinner reservations. The beds comfortable and the rooms generous in size. While we didn't cook, the kitchen is amply supplied for any who do. The home is located close to town. We walked it several times. In a quiet neighborhood a short block away from the waterfront and tennis courts. An Uber ride will cost around $10 if you prefer a ride to town. In town, the best restuarants we found were The Attic (for dinner) and Waterside Market (for coffee and sandwiches), both recommendations from our hosts. If you are a senior you can buy a bus pass for $5 and easily get around the island. We went to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, Aquinniah, etc. No need for a car. The weather hampered our initial plans but we adjusted and the living facility of the rental provided a comfortable alternative for hanging out together. The deck looked inviting and we'd have enjoyed it had the weather allowed. We used Martha's Linens for the linen rental. They did a great job. Everyone on the island were kind and helpful and often humorous. This is the perfect place for families and/or friends to gather. Tom is a wonderful host, quick to respond to any concerns. This is an excellent choice to rent.

Great MV Trip

Our trip was only made better by staying at 16 Moonstone Way. The house was perfect for our trip. It was clean and fully equipped. Anything that we needed was at the house. Tom was very accommodating and responsive. We would highly recommend this house and owner.

Has everything you could need

4 day weekend for son’s wedding, 4 people, plenty of room, close to everything, had every kitchen tool you could ever need. New, clean grill. Superbly decorated and clean. Seems and smells brand new. Zero complaints.

Incredible Getaway

Our stay was perfect—the home is a lovely contemporary cape on a quiet road near Lake Tashmoo and walking distance to Vineyard Haven’s downtown—-tastefully decorated and incredible clean, we felt it was the perfect retreat from our busy lives back home and with a new baby. Tom and Julie were amazing hosts and went above and beyond!

Beautiful, convenient home, perfect summer getaway

We had a fantastic stay on the Vineyard. Tom was very helpful right from the beginning. We had never been to the Vineyard before and he emailed us with many helpful tips both for the home, and for the island in general. The house was everything that we had hoped for - spacious with a lot of natural light and a modern interior. We have 2 young children - a 4-year-old and a 2-year-old, and the house was set up perfectly for a family - great kitchen for cooking, and many toys/games as well as a large common space. The location was perfect for exploring all different parts of the island. We had a very memorable first vacation on the vineyard and we will definitely be back.

Perfect spot!

Our family came to the Vineyard for the MV Marathon. This lovely home was perfect for our stay and even nicer than what is depicted online. The home was immaculate, well stocked, and in a perfect location. The gracious host gave us great information and made it easy to contact the property manager if needed. Quiet, yet close to everything. We would Definitely stay here again!

We cannot overstate how much we loved staying at this immaculate, well-stocked home on Vineyard Haven. Just a two minute walk to Lake Tashmoo and a short drive to the shops in Vineyard Haven. The owners were great communicators, and accommodating in every way. We had a memorable stay.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed at the house for several days to attend a local wedding. The house is wonderful. Very clean and updated and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. Tom was a wonderful host, very hospitable and helpful. I highly recommend this property, especially for families. My children loved the basement and the bunk beds.

Amazing Vacation

We spent the last week at Tom and Julie’s home and had an amazing experience. The house was clean and as described in the listing. The new kitchen is beautiful and fully stocked for any cooking needs. The kids enjoyed the game room in the basement, The back deck and patio offer a beautiful backdrop for eating outside. The house is a perfect distance from Vineyard Haven. Tom is a great communicator and even had a bottle of wine and gift card waiting forever us. Thanks foe sharing your home. We had a fantastic trip!

Amazing weekend on the Vineyard

This house is beautifully decorated and curated with great art pieces and interesting MV nostalgia. It truly felt like being at home nestled in a small neighborhood away from the bustle of downtown. Hidden gem on the island!

Great rental!

We spent Thanksgiving on the Vineyard and rented the home from Tom & Julie and we had a very relaxing three days. The house was completely stocked and very clean (which I very much appreciate). The entire process was very well organized...easy check in and out. The kids loved the lower level game room and we all enjoyed the large selection of board games. I highly recommend...thanks for making our stay so great!

Family Vacation

What a wonderful property especially if you have kids. The location is also great close to Vineyard Haven and all other points on the island. We travel to the Vineyard often so we really enjoyed the feeling of seclusion in a nice neighborhood but yet close to town. It’s also walking distance to Lake Tashmoo close to tennis courts. Property is very clean and posted as pictured. Back yard is nice as well. Thanks, Tom

We had a wonderful and perfect stay here! The house is spacious and inviting for our family of four. Our kids loved the bunk beds and there were plenty of toys, games and books to keep their attention after days at the beach. The house is in a perfect location so that within a short drive we could get where we needed. We highly recommend the property and hope to return for another stay in the future.

I can't say enough good things about our stay and Tom and Julie's beautiful home! Tom was super communicative and helpful every step of the way, from encouraging us to buy ferry tickets to answering my questions about beach chairs and umbrellas. The rental itself was perfectly clean (more important--and more appreciated--than ever right now), spacious, close to town and beaches, and well-equipped. It has everything you need for the beach, lobster dinner, movie marathon, or family tennis or basketball tournament. And arriving to find a bottle of wine and a gift card to a local restaurant was an unexpected and wonderful extra touch! Thanks for an amazing stay We can't wait to come visit again!

One week is not enough!

We enjoyed our stay in Vineyard Haven completely. What made our magic of Martha’s Vineyard is the total richness of renting this property. The amenities offered in the home are wonderful. From an infinite assortment of games and movie selections to five star bedroom accommodations. We love & appreciate everything about the layout and appointment of Tom & Julie’s home. After our days @ the beach we came home to “ahhh.” We found roaming wild Turkeys entertaining. The outdoor deck & grill just off the kitchen & dining area made for easy al fresco...especially important after a full day of Vineyard Vibe. In a word.... perfect.
