Beautiful lake home with private aluminum dock system on Saratoga Lake just minutes from downtown Saratoga Springs. This air conditioned 3 bedroom home is loaded with amenities that will guarantee a comfortable stay. One king sized bed and two queen sized beds. Time to relax and enjoy the lake!!! Enjoy beautiful sunrises from the deck or enclosed porch and keep a watchful eye for bald eagles. Canoe, tandem kayak, paddles, and life jackets provided! This property will comfortably sleep six. Central heating and air conditioning, Roku TV, Wi-Fi, private parking, gas grill, bluetooth speaker, enclosed screened/glassed porch, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, family room, washer/dryer, and outdoor patio set.
The home is a quiet retreat directly on Saratoga Lake in a private community.
Plenty of off-street parking on the paved driveway. If bringing a boat you may park your boat trailer in an additional space that we can make available to you for no additional charge.
This home has been in our family for approximately thirty-five years. We are happy to share our home with you and hope you make some beautiful memories as our family has over the years.

This is a very peaceful area with beautiful views of the lake and associated wildlife. An absolute wonderful lake to fish too.

The lake home is our family gem that we would be happy to share with your family. The home is only a few feet from the lake and private dock. The possibilities are endless. You can choose from absolute tranquility to non-stop activities, the choice is yours. The location, being so close to everything, makes it uniquely special. The famous Saratoga horse track, downtown Saratoga Springs, museums, restaurants, water parks, theme parks, state parks, golf courses, mini-golf, Saratoga Performing Arts Center, etc.. I recommend that you use WWW. SARATOGA.COM. This site provides insight into all that the area has to offer. The site also has an events calendar that you can use to review the specific dates of your stay as well.
