Modern & Mediterranean-style 3-level home situated in prime South of the Boulevard of Woodland Hills. This quiet retreat will give you privacy, comfort, and ease in everything you need to do around town. Open concept kitchen/living room with full bathrooms for all upstairs bedrooms. Large built-in BBQ grill. Short drive to the beach.
