My husband and I enjoy traveling and staying in short term rentals to experience life as locals. We’ve lived in Memphis for more than 20 years and enjoy the vibrancy of the city full of culture, history and great food and entertainment. We have teenage boys and a small crazy pup. We and have truly enjoyed renovating and sharing our first rental property.
Why they chose this property
Cooper-Young is a very special neighborhood full of great restaurants and an easy vibe. We absolutely love the people here who are friendly and welcoming. This historically-hip area is like none other in Memphis!
What makes this property unique
This home was built in 1910 and comes with all of the history and character we love. We’ve carefully renovated to preserve the history while adding modern convenience to this home including a fully renovated kitchen and a new second bathroom. We especially love that it offers 2 separate living areas, each with a smart TV. Front and back porches are the perfect space to relax and enjoy the outdoors. A special tiny cabin in the backyard is a uniquely adorable space for kids to enjoy!
