Weekend getaway

Property was amazing! The owners really thought through all the details of things you would need, and small amenities (soaps, shampoo, seasonings, kitchen gadgets), that have become less common, but really elevated this stay. Location really can’t be beat, and in a nice quiet neighborhood that was walkable to town. We enjoyed staying in one night grilling and enjoying the wine from the day and using the outdoor area.We definitely look forward to returning!

Romantic weekend getaway

We had such an amazing weekend at Lasso Lodge! Everything about our stay at this beautiful guesthouse was perfect! The decor is so pretty and tastefully done, like out of a magazine. So many amenities included—all the kitchen and bathroom essentials, a welcome basket of goodies, stocked coffee bar and chilled water in the fridge. So many nice touches to show that the hosts really care about their guests’ experience at Lasso Lodge. We enjoyed the serene neighborhood and views of the surrounding lush trees plus the short walk into town. We will definitely be back!

The Lasso Lodge was the perfect home base for exploring Los Olivos and surrounding wineries, with so many options within walking distance or a short drive away. The place itself was truly stellar - tastefully decorated, impeccably clean, and very comfortable. One of the best stays we’ve ever had

What an incredible stay, the guesthouse felt like it was a page directly out of Magnolia home. All of the furnishings felt high quality, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen is fully furnished. The outdoor fireplace was also a cozy touch. The stay is under 10 minutes on an easy walk to all of the tasting rooms in Los Olivos. Michelle was also friendly and easy to reach. I would have no hesitation recommending this to all my family and friends, and we hope to stay here again during our future visits!

Perfection!

This magical little guesthouse was perfect for our trip to Los Olivos! It's a new property and every detail was considered. The yard had a fire pit, fully stocked kitchen, grill, robes... everything we need for a getaway. It's walking distance to town and was such a comfortable place to relax after a day of wine tasting. Awesome stay!

We loved our stay at this property. Everything was very clean and felt luxurious. The finishes are really pretty. It was nice that they have a separate gated passageway and fenced in patio for guests. Overall very happy, and if we come back to this area, we’ll stay here again! :) Oh and the neighborhood is beautiful!

Great Stay in Los Olivos

This private guest house is really a neat property. The finishes are high end and it is well amenitized. The house has a private entrance and is located on a quiet and beautiful street. It is located only a short walk from the center of charming Los Olivos. My wife said several times towards the end of our trip that she didn't want to leave. We will definitely book a stay here again when in the Santa Ynez Valley.

This place is as close to perfection as you can get. Michelle pointed out to me that she wants to do everything she can to make things great. I took it as a challenge to find something to suggest to her. But honestly, I couldn't.nThe bed is super comfortable. There are 6 or 7 types of salt! There are aluminum pans and calphalon pans. And the walk to town is as advertised. Very walkable. And we do love Los Olivos.

A beautiful space and great location

We spent 2 nights there and we absolutely loved it. First, the location is perfect for walking into Los Olivos, in a quiet neighborhood. The unit is free standing, and has a private walkway. The photos are very representative. The unit is beautifully decorated and had everything that we needed. There is a delightful private patio with plenty of seating for the lovely evenings. Michelle communicated well before and during our stay. We will definitely return!

Beautiful spot near town!

This guest house is private and easy to get to, in a quiet neighborhood with vineyards across the street, but a quick, pleasant walk into town for great coffee, food, and wine. Everything you could need for a short or long stay. Kitchen with everything, comfortable and clean.

4th of July Spectacular

The studio apartment was gorgeous. The home was decorated in natural colors, it represented the area and was incredibly cozy. Our Hosts communicated immediately and provided so many excellent recommendations. It is a newly renovated studio, and the skylights made it so bright inside. We stayed over the 4th of July holiday, and it was such a nice place to make our home for a few days. Our Hosts thought of everything to make it feel like a hotel. The bathroom was a good size. The shower and water pressure were great. The kitchen was a good size and we wished we could have stayed longer to cook dinner there. They provided a nice summary of places to eat, hike and wine taste. There is a shortcut to walk to the main center of Los Olivos. All we can say is we can't wait to go back and thank you to our Hosts!

The perfect getaway in wine country, can't wait to return!

Our stay at Michelle's guest house in Los Olivos was absolutely PERFECT! Los Olivos is such a hidden gem—part of me wants to keep it a secret lol. Michelle was an exceptional host, incredibly communicative and quick to respond. She went above and beyond with recommendations for restaurants, wineries, and local spots, even helping us figure out what would be open on Thanksgiving. The home itself was stunning—perfect for two people. It felt open, airy, and inviting, with beautiful skylights that added so much charm. Unlike typical rentals with random odds and ends, this home felt thoughtfully curated, incredibly clean, and well-maintained - I was beyond impressed—there wasn’t a single thing I’d change. The outdoor space was just as wonderful, with a beautifully landscaped area and a fire pit that's easy to use! Inside, the décor was tasteful and cozy, with lovely fall touches that made it feel extra special. The kitchen island was the perfect spot to unwind and chat after a day of wine tasting. The shower was spacious and spotless and the bed was super comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—a short 5-minute walk into town, where we found amazing restaurants, tasting rooms, and charming shops. The town itself is incredibly friendly, with a small-town vibe where everyone seems to know each other and loves to say hello. We’re already planning a spring trip and will definitely be rebooking Michelle’s guest house. Highly recommend staying here—it’s a GEM!

Fantastic spacious property for two, super conveniently located to Los Olivos

My wife and I celebrated our short honeymoon here and it was a perfect getaway. The location is stellar - so nice to be able to walk to all of the wine rooms and also be such a quick drive away from the vineyards. The rental was immaculate, spacious, and fully-stocked. Michelle also left us a great welcome gift and set of recommendations. Would love to stay here again!
