Casa Nikki is a charming privately owned 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom villa, located 35 miles south Cancun airport in the exclusive gated residential community of Playacar phase 1, in the heart of the famous Mexican’s Riviera Maya. You will not help but to enjoy a relaxing, charming and cozy vacation. Built over three levels, this magnificent Mexican style villa offers you 4 king and one queen sized beds, with 5 bathrooms, where up to 10 guests can be accommodated.

At just few steps away you can revitalize your senses in the crystal-clear turquoise ocean, and the finest white sands of the Mexican Caribbean Sea. A short 09-minute walk will take you downtown Playa Del Carmen, which is one Mexico’s fastest growing resort towns comprised of international restaurants, trendy bars, beach clubs & chic boutiques.

Playacar Phase I, known as the most prestigious neighborhood of Playa del Carmen, is a gated community with 24 hour private security where you will find the more exclusive homes of the area. These homes are situated just steps from the crystalline blue waters of the Caribbean and all are either oceanfront or have the ocean nearby. Many have spectacular views of the ocean and at night one can enjoy the twinkling lights of Cozumel Island, only a 40 minute ferry ride away. Playacar Phase I is also ideally located only a short stroll from the bustling pedestrian walkway La Quinta Avenida (5th Avenue) where you will discover an abundance of great shopping opportunities, fine dining and an ample variety of hotspots and fun bars.

In Playacar Phase I, it isn’t even necessary to rent a car as just about everything is within walking distance. Phase I is a safe neighbourhood and you find many guests enjoy strolling around enjoying the ocean breeze, beautiful foliage and ancient Mayan ruins located amongst the palms trees.
