The check in process was so easy, the home was clean and so quaint. The host was easy to get in touch with. Its was a perfect place to stay for a getaway.
Very clean, nice location, except for the train. lol the only concern I had they fixed, and the only thing that I would say I did not like was the overgrown grass of the outside yard area. I feel like it should’ve been kept better very old house, but in decent shape Clean overall I had a good experience
Wonderful service, everything you would need! Clean smelled wonderful! Manger is a text away if needed! I would give this place 100, lower score would be an injustice! Thanks again!

Communication
I was not sent a code to enter the property ahead of my arrival. I had to get help from a neighbor who knew how to get in touch with owner. I had tried for 30-40 minutes to get in touch with owner and was never acknowledged. After an hour, the neighbor finally got in touch with owner and given the code. Usually a vacationer is given code at least 24 hours in advance. Owner doesn’t respond quickly. It takes owner about two to three hours to respond.
Quaint little house with antique decor. Very cute, historic home. Plenty of blankets, towels, and kitchen items. Great water pressure in shower. The home is older with older finishes and that is fairly reflected in the price. Master bedroom has a firm mattress, the second bedroom has a softer mattress. The house is small and doors are tough to close so you will hear everything throughout the house. It is right across from the railroad so you will also hear trains in the early morning and throughout the day. It’s next to the post office truck yard so you can hear them early in the morning during the week as well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Little cottage
Property was cleaned bathroom needs a little improvement and not enough parking space. Quiet area until the train runs it’s nice just don’t stay alone I was a little scared.
Thank you so much for opening your home for us to stay there. We had a great time def was a great idea having the piano there to play a few tunes!! All around a great stay
The house is as pictured. It is in a great location. Very close to two great restaurants and boutique shopping strip. We will stay again when baseball brings us back in town.
Cutest bungalow cottage with retro vibes! The bedrooms are a good size and the kitchen had more than enough for the two of us. It is located close to antique alley for those who love to shop antiques and is very close to a coffee shop and also a local shop selling delicious pastries and breads. I took my usual morning walk alone and felt very safe. I had no problems during my stay.
We really enjoyed the home. I like that it is by itself besides the empty neighboring home. The post office next door was slower because of the weekend too, so not much noise that way. We were in town for a tour of ULM and the home was easy to access and get to. The property owners did drive by numerous times throughout our stay, which was odd; but they are the property owners, so that's their right. Nothing that would prevent us from renting again. Overall, great stay.
We were pleased overall with our stay. The place was very clean and cozy.
If I had to be picky and give any critiques it would be the mattress was more firm then I prefer, but totally usable.
The cottage had everything we needed. It was easy access to Monroe and West Monroe. The A/c went out on our last day there, but someone came right over to fix it. We would definitely stay here again!
