About this property

Regency Towers #208W, beach chairs, umbrellas, new leather couches!

Can't wait to put your toes in the sand? Wait no longer! Be our guests in our 2 bedroom, 2 bath, beautiful condo. This has been a family condo since purchased in 1976. We are thrilled to share our piece of paradise with our new rental friends.

Located directly on the Gulf of Mexico, you will experience the ease of dipping into the pool or using the dune walkover for a glorious day on the beach.

Our condo sleeps 6 with 2 queen beds in the primary and 1 queen bed in the guest room. There are two full baths with quartz countertops. The kitchen is family ready with stainless appliances and quartz countertops. There are two flat screen televisions. One tv in the living room and one tv in the primary bedroom.

We love the location of our unit! This 2nd floor unit is easily accessible by one flight of stairs, if you wish to avoid the lobby elevators. Being an end unit, the floor plan has a unique hallway that spills into a large, open floor plan that is bright with light from large windows. We have one of the largest units in the Regency. It is 1,380 square feet in size. The balconies at the Regency Towers vary in size. We love our balcony but it is not the largest.

Excellent location!

As an experienced traveller, I can say that you will not find a nicer , more gracious, and more accomodating host! Patty was quick to respond from the very beginning --questions before booking and cared about our stay . I liked that she lived local in Pensacola as well. The condo is nicely located.

Perfect for get together

My family booked this VRBO for my son's graduation since we all live in different areas. The location couldn't have been better, the condo was clean and accommodated everyone comfortably and was more than we could've expected. Great location

Our family really enjoyed staying at the Regency. It's location right on the beach was very convenient. Loved our condo and liked that we were able to be in touch with the owner with any questions we had. There was only one elevator working at the time which slowed things down but over all we were happy. Would consider staying here again.

Wonderful vacation

This was our best beach vacation yet. We were blessed with beautiful weather and clear water the whole week. Everything was great. Condo and property were just as pictured and described, We Had everything we needed, clean and comfy… gorgeous beach and large pool. 2 month stay in Pensacola Beach

2 bedrooms and 2 baths. We cooked alot over this stay and really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen pots, utensils and dishes of every sort imagineable. This condo was perfect for my husband and I, and guests that came to visit over the two months. We would definitely rent this unit again when visiting pensacola beach. This was our 3rd visit to Regency Towers and this unit was defintely the best one we have stayed in.

For all you friendly fliers, Pensacola Aviation Center is a great FBO to land and tie down. It is a 12 mile scenic drive across the Pensacola Bay and the Santa Rosa Sound. Get on bikes and explore the beach or play miniature golf, kayak, jet ski or parasail. There are so many delicious restaurants and fun venues that will keep you coming back! This condo is located directly on the Gulf of Mexico. There is no need to get in a car or cross a busy street to enjoy our beautiful beach. What makes this property unique

It is an end unit with many windows. There is no tunnel effect! You don't have to wait on the elevator in the lobby. Our unit is accessible by the exterior stairwell.
