This spacious, clean, and bright 2br/2ba upstairs condo is the perfect spot for your next getaway. It features tons of natural light, Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs,
in-unit washer/dryer, and much, much more! Located in the beautiful Desert Falls Country Club community, you are just minutes away from breathtaking hikes and some of the most renowned golf courses in the country. Come experience all the wonderful things the desert has to offer!
This relaxing condo can host up to 4 guests and has two king-size beds and a pack-n-play for little ones. The living room and master suite open up to a private balcony that overlooks a community greenbelt and your choice of two community pool areas. The two pool areas are just steps away, including a hot tub and lap pool that is heated from October to April.
The airy and bright kitchen features a small breakfast nook that seats four, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea. An additional seating area is located in the great room, which also seats four. The space includes a full-size laundry room with a washer, dryer, and drying rack for your convenience during your stay.
Desert Falls Country Club provides guests access to a large fitness center and nine tennis courts. The use of both the fitness center and tennis courts is included with your stay. The community provides 24-hour security and secure access.
All well-behaved (and potty-trained) pets are welcome! If you choose to bring a furry friend along, a one-time additional and non-refundable pet fee of $100 will be added to your reservation upon booking.
We ask you not to bring extra overnight guests, not included on your reservation. If you have questions regarding visitors, please reach out. No parties allowed.

HOUSE RULES:
Absolutely no smoking inside the condo. Upon check-out, if it is apparent by smell that guests smoked inside, there will be an additional fee of $200.
There is a strict 4-person occupancy maximum both inside and outside the unit, including the pool and other shared spaces related to the condo, at all times. Any guests who violate this policy without prior conversation with us will be subject to fines and/or immediate removal from the unit without a refund.
All pets must be pre-approved prior to checking in. We do require a one-time additional fee of $100.00 per stay for your pets. If pets are found on the property without prior approval, we have the right to terminate your stay without a refund. If we find pet stains on furniture, bedroom carpets, and/or rugs, guests are required to pay for an additional $300.00 cleaning treatment.
Guests are responsible for citations that they may incur during their stay. The HOA does issue fines for the following:
- Pools hours are strictly enforced between the hrs of 6 a.m. and 10 p.m. (no loud music throughout the day)
- Community quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
- No parties or loud music/disturbances.
- No speeding within the gated community.
- Street parking is only permitted for 48 total hours. (You will receive a citation if a car is parked on the street for more than 48 hours. This is monitored closely by the HOA.)
- Trash cans must be back in the garage by Monday evening.
- Garage doors must be closed when not in use.
- No clutter (junk/towels/floats) on the front or back porch.

HOA Oversized & Commercial Vehicle Rules
Oversized vehicles that do not fit into the garage, such as commercial vehicles, motor homes, campers, sprinter vans, large trucks, and trailers, are not allowed in the common areas except for trucks and similar vehicles when used for everyday transportation and when approved by the Board of Directors.
Any vehicles with logos/advertising are considered commercial vehicles. Inoperable vehicles and motorcycles without approved exhaust systems are not allowed in the common areas. All vehicles must be properly licensed in accordance with California law.
Moving vans and recreational vehicles (excluding watercraft and guests' RVs) are allowed on the property for purposes of loading and unloading ONLY between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Saturday only. A pass for this purpose must be visibly displayed. No moving vans, recreational vehicles, or other similar items are utilized for the purpose of hauling or moving on Sundays or holidays.
Motorcycles, mopeds, motorbikes, motorized scooters, and skateboards are permitted on the streets only for entry and exit purposes. They are not to be parked in the common area, including driveways, patios, and courtyards. They must be parked in the garage at all times. All operators of licensed vehicles must comply with California law.
Please inquire with any questions before booking if you're not sure whether your vehicle complies with HOA policy. We do not provide alternate parking, and refunds will not be extended for oversight of this rule.
