"Welcome to Seacrest, your perfect destination offering a mix of thrilling adventures and serene relaxation. At the resort, you can spend your day by the poolside gazebo, enjoying a delightful dinner cooked on the charcoal barbeque grills, or playing in the white sands along the beach. A short drive can lead you to the nearby amusement park or the mini- and big-boy golf courses. Returning to your condo, unwind in the hot tub or simply relish the panoramic views from your private balcony. These experiences will surely beckon you back year after year!

This Gulf front haven provides a cozy yet spacious setting for the entire family. The balcony showcases breathtaking views of the pool area, the beach, and the extensive Emerald Coast. The kids will be delighted with their own bunk beds, complete with pocket doors for nap time privacy. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare a delightful meal for the family, to be enjoyed in the living area or on the balcony while embracing the stunning views and gentle ocean breezes. Additionally, the exact same unit is available right next door. The master bedroom is adorned with a comfortable king-size bed, perfect for relaxing after a day in the sun, along with a TV. The sleeper sofa in the living area accommodates two more guests comfortably. You can listen to music on the stereo, watch a movie, or connect to Wi-Fi for browsing the web.

For reservations during the Winter Season (January and February) made before October 1st, a 60-day (two months) minimum stay is required. Reservations that don't meet this criterion may be subject to cancellation by the management. After October 1st, reservations for the winter months may be booked for a minimum of three or seven nights, depending on unit specifications.

Seacrest is professionally managed by Poole and Associates.

The balcony will be closed in October and November 2024.

Additional Information:

Parking Passes are required and can be purchased upon arrival or by contacting our office. A maximum of 2 parking passes per reservation is allowed, accommodating 2 cars. The reservation includes a "starter set" of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels. Linens are provided; however, please bring your own beach towels.

Last min vaca trip

We planned this trip very last minute and we were pleasantly surprised. Place was perfect location. Shirt walk to the beach, clean and every spot in this condo was accounted for. It was small but perfect for what we needed. Would Def stay here again

We booked this last minute to get away from cold Iowa! Everything was quick and easy! We had an unexpected family death and had to delay our trip 2 days….they were incredibly accommodating and were able to shift our dates and added 2 days at the end! Loved staying right on the beach!

Bed was comfortable. Nice bathrooms. Porch too tiny but great view. Couch is not comfortable to sit on but most sofa-beds aren’t. Rented umbrellas and chairs on the beach was very convenient.

Enjoyed our long weekend!

Overall this was a great to place to stay. My husband and I enjoyed the unit and it’s location. The bed was comfortable! The curtains in the bedroom could let less light through. Loved having and iron skillet!!! A pair of scissors would have been nice but we made due.

The condo was perfect for us. The view was fantastic. We have told others about it. It would be more convenient to be able to get in without having to go to another location for key. But considering how nice the check in people are made up for it! Thanks for sharing!

Loved it!

Great location. Tile popped up and broke while we were there which was a little scary. The unit was great. The location was great. Was disappointed when I used the email provided to ask questions and was told I would have to call to get answers instead of simply answering me (simple questions like if there was a crockpot). Also, previously when visiting Gulf Shores, we were sent a code, but for this unit/company, we had to physically go check in to get a key. Much prefer contactless check in and will look for that in the future.

Fit the bill

This was our first visit to Gulf Shores—we regularly vacation in Destin, but GS is a bit closer to us in Dallas. It was only the two of us so we were looking for a 1BR on the beach and Seacreast 703 fit the bill perfectly. The condo was as advertised, and very clean upon arrival. The (one) bathroom could use a little reconditioning—everything worked well, but the sink/cabinets gave us some concern when we first saw them. While we don't go to the beach to watch TV, this is another “amenity” that could use some updating. We would recommend that visitors furnish their own “chair/umbrella setup” as the rentals on the beach are a bit pricey; and while not specific to THIS condo, it's a bit annoying that, by the time all “fees” are included, the nightly charge increased significantly. We enjoyed Gulf Shores, the location of Seacrest was great, the private beach was nice, and we will return in the future. We would stay in this unit again, but I think we'll at least “shop” the other 1BR units in Seacrest before booking 703.

would not recommend!

I am not one to complain about the small stuff especially on a vacation with small kids. We like to make the best of every situation and experience. With that being said, this unit was AWFUL! The condo itself is very nice but the unit/room was a nightmare. We spent entirely to much money to have the problems we had. The internet and t.v did not work which is hard with young children when it’s bed time. The shower curtain had mildew all on it and the drawer for the utensils was completely broken in half and was half way fixed for appearances. The closet door fell when we opened it because again it was fixed just for appearance. It took 45 minutes to cook scrambled eggs and 30 minutes to heat up biscuits. We ended up having to eat out more than expected because the shape of the kitchen appliances wasn’t worth the head ache. The couch cushions had stains ALL OVER both sides and the balcony was filthy. There is no blinds in the master bedroom so people can see in and out the room. There are no lids for any of the containers so if your planning to have left overs bring your containers. The description of this unit is completely false and if it wasn’t for my husband convincing me to stay on the beach and not come back until it was time to go to bed we would have packed up and left. We checked in at midnight and I went to Walmart to get cleaning supplies because I felt that nasty. The maintenance guy was super nice and apologized over and over but this was not his fault at all. The owner of this unit needs to either take care of this unit or get rid of it. Overall, the condo itself was nice and very easy to check in and out of. The people were really trying to make our stay better but you can help it if the owner doesn’t want to put money into it. If you’re looking for something clean and relaxing, look elsewhere. We will not stay in this unit again.
