Chose the Historic Riverside Terrace Neighborhood because of the classic style homes. Third ward community is conveniently located in a central area of Greater Houston. Extremely close to major interstates and public transit to avoid local traffic congestion.
What makes this property unique
Houston Cottage Guesthouse is a stylish mix of a traditional exterior and a contemporary interior. Its designed based on the adjacent 1930 Brick Bungalow. Buildings as well as landscaping has local character and the neighbors are great.
