You will love the resort, with its Two and a half Acre Resort Pool complex, complete with Lazy River and Waterslide.

We also have a beach entry pool area for the little ones, outdoor and indoor hot tubs, wet and dry saunas, outdoor playground, Tiki Bar, Restaurant, Bar, Billiards, Club House and Poolside Dining, Health & Beauty Spa, Gym/Fitness Centre, Arcade, Ice Cream Shop, Banana Jack's Indoor Playground and 24 hour Front Desk.

The Exclusive Gated Resort boasts grounds that are lush and well manicured. The resort is well cared for and always in showcase condition.

Our home is spacious (largest unit), bright and clean and has quality furnishings throughout. It is an easy walk to the clubhouse and pool.
You will enjoy the comfortable furniture, modern decor and fully equipped kitchen. Flat Screen TVs are in every room, DVD Player and Free High Speed Wireless Internet, Free long distance calling within the US and Canada.

There are two master bedrooms, both with ensuite bathrooms. Two twin bedrooms share the third bathroom. All the bedrooms have Flat Screen TVs, and Memory Foam Mattresses.



LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!

In the plaza beside the resort there is a Publix Grocery Store, Applebee's Resturant, Pizza Parlour, British Pub, Bank, ATM, Drugstore, Gas Station, Starbucks, Ice Cream Italian Restaurant, Jersey Mike's and more. Walmart Supercentre is 3 miles away. Lots of nearby shopping and dining just minutes away as well. Across the street from Regal Palms is Highlands Reserve Golf Course.

Our location is great. We are 8 miles from Disney and centrally located to all area attractions and shopping. Coastal Beaches on both sides are a short drive (1hr,15m). There is so much to do that you will have to come back year after year to experience it all!

Lovely spot, spacious rental
Linda was an excellent host. The house was the perfect space as our landing spot for our touring around Florida and she was quick to reply and always friendly and helpful. The main living space is bigger than two other models of homes we've stayed at in the same complex. Thanks for a lovely holiday, Linda! Look forward to future travels.

Great stay for our Disney trip!
The setup was great for our group of 8, and we enjoyed the pool and water slide on our rest days! It's a solid 25-30 mins to get to the parks. We enjoyed ourselves there, and had prompt response for the one small issue we had and it was rectified quickly.

Nous avons séjourné à cet endroit avec nos 4 enfants. La communication avec Linda était facile et elle répond rapidement à ses messages. Tout était conforme à ce qui est écrit. Le site est tranquille et sécuritaire. La maison est propre et il y a beaucoup de rangement.dans les chambres. Endroit parfait pour se rendre à Disney et pour profiter des belles journées sur le bord de la piscine. Nous y retournerions sans hésiter!

I booked this place because of the size of the rental and the pool. Unfortunately we didn’t get to use the pool because of the hurricane. But we would definitely book here again for future Disney trips.

Change the sheets
The sheets in the master bedroom had not been changed. Black hairs in the bed and the sheets were so old that they have fuzz balls throughout. They should have been replaced months ago. I would not return to this property

Great Spot!
We really enjoyed our stay here! Fit our two families of 4 easily. The listing pictures accurately represent the property, the property was clean, and it was close to everything we needed (Disney, Universal, shopping, beaches). The pool area is great for kids/teens with the water slide and a small lazy river. Resort restaurant had good food and prompt service with friendly staff. If/When we return to Florida, I would not hesitate to stay here again!

The location was not far from all of the major parks and we loved the pool. The property was well maintained. Our only complaint is that we were told that the arcade was open till a certain time, so we went the one night to use it and they had closed it early. So that was disappointing for our daughter who we had promised we would go. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

We all had a great time. The house was clean and exactly as described. Beautiful home. Check-in and out were very fast. Resort is well maintained and pool area was amazing even though we didn't have enough time to enjoy it. Should definitively come back!

Clubhouse, pool and Arcade were amazing. Pool had a Lazy river and a water slide, Tiki bar and ice cream parlor. We visited for 6 days, hit Disney parks for 2 days, rested at the Pool for a day and then hit 2 more parks. I only wish we had another full day just to chill at the pool again, it was very relaxing.

Comfortable vacation property!
Overall we had a very positive experience. The owner of this property is lovely and was very responsive. The only behest I’ve thing for our party was that there was very little left in the property for use. We were only given 2 washing sheets (one of which we were expected to use to start laundry before our departure). There was nothing in the way of oil/salt and pepper/spices/tinfoil/plastic wrap. This won’t matter to some, but for us it meant we couldn’t cook much without purchasing a lot of stuff that would ultimately be wasted after our week stay and we would have loved to cook more. Otherwise, great stay. Staff at check in and pool/restaurant were also lovely!

A perfect getaway!
We've just left our 4-night, 5-day stay at Regal Palms, and it was fantastic! The resort property is well-maintained, and check-in was simple and efficient. There is an obvious pride of ownership in the house - attention to detail in the furnishings & decor were lovely. The primary suite upstairs was very comfortable - the 2 twin beds in each of the shared rooms were okay, I wouldn't recommend them for taller guests, but my 6ft tall son managed. The water pressure & faucets in each of the showers were old-builder grade, if you've got a full head of hair that requires lots of rinsing, be prepared for it to take a while (hubby & kids had no complaints). We spent 2 days out at the parks - travel was convenient & easy - this location is amazing. The other 2 days we spent lounging at the resort - the pool, lazy river & restaurant were fantastic. Our best time spent was in the water on site. We stopped at the Walmart close by prior to check-in - you really do need to supply EVERYTHING. There's a Dollar General just up the road that was convenient to stop and pick up some of the essentials we forgot (like salt & pepper, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods...) Communication throughout our stay was fantastic - the kids are already asking when we can book again. Thank you for sharing your lovely property with us!

Our family has been traveling to Florida for years. We love it. There is so much to do. It's like a different vacation each time we go. We try to do something new every time along with all of our favorites.

We love Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, Sea World and Fun Spot. We also take a day to go to the beach and sometimes go to the Tampa Zoo. A day at Discovery Cove is also one of our favorites!

I love that families make vacation memories in our home. That's really special :-)

Why they chose this property

Regal Palms is perfect for us. We used to rent a house with a private pool which was great but no where near as fun as the Resort. There is so much more for all of us to do here. Kids are able to meet new friends at the pool and play all day. We are able to really relax and enjoy the spectacular surroundings and beautiful weather. A drink by the pool is always fun too. On the days that we want to go to the parks or other amusements, it's a short drive to get there, and most importantly, a short drive home to a comfortable bed!
We really have it all here. The resort is unlike anything else in the Disney area and we have a full home with kitchen, laundry and living space. Plenty of room to have family visit us there too.

We update and renovate our home all the time. A quality guest experience is important to us, and we have guests who return every year.
The Resort is beautiful and has so many amenities. The home and resort make for a great value for guests.
