This tranquil single level, 4 bedroom unit is great for medium sized or multi-generationally families, with a private master with en suite and private patio, gourmet kitchen with bar and indoor seating for 12-16, and an outdoor patio for summer fun. Private entrances and private 2 car garage with fenced in rear yard, less than a mile from downtown Murfreesboro and from MTSU campus.

Great home away from home

We were there to celebrate my son’s wedding. It was wonderful and roomy allowing us enough space to get ready. Very clean and homey.

Amazing house

Such a great house, everything was nice and clean and decorated so nicely!! There is a lot of road noise in the Master however I use a sound machine so I was okay. We would definitely rent this house again!!

Wonderful stay

The home was beautiful. The location was great and we especially appreciated all the little extras such as laundry supplies, coffee, toiletries and even chocolate. Communication with the host was great as well. We will definitely stay again. I would recommend this home to anyone.

Wonderful home!

The floorplan is perfect for a large group. Beautifully decorated. Very open and spacious with lots of space for people to hang out. Beds were super comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We would definitely stay again! Close to shopping and dining, downtown and MTSU. All 1 level so perfect for elderly guests. The 2 car garage was a huge plus! 5 stars!

Magnolia Home

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, spacious for 8 people, everything looks new and clean. Beds are comfortable and plenty of blankets. Love the master bedroom bathroom. The only drawback is the noise from the street in the master bedroom.

Beautiful place

Had a wonderful stay here in this beautiful home. Lots of room and the manager was exceptional and very helpful & friendly. Thank you so much! The location is on a main street so the noise level from the traffic is quite high in the mornings, especially on a school day (School right across the street). Need a car to drive to any amenities. Overall a great home with wonderful people. Enjoyed this place. 👍👍
