Guests may use the swimming pool, hot tub, dry sauna, BBQ, and pool lounger areas. All amenities are accessible to our guests. This condo is perfectly positioned steps to the pool, BBQ, hot tub and sauna.
There is an electrical usage cap of $75 for the months of April, May, June, July, August, September, October. Any electrical bill over $75 for the listed months will be billed to guest along with proof of bills. $300 utility deposited will be collected at booking as AC will be required for July, August, September due to very hot desert temperatures.

Born in Rocky Mount, Virginia. Joined the US Navy after high school to avoid to live and get an education. Luckily, I was stationed in beautiful San Diego, CA. Luckily, I also started investing in San Diego real estate in 1998, which has given me the opportunity to be financially independent. When San Diego became overpriced for flipping homes, I started working in beautiful Palm Desert. Yes, it's hot in the summer, but for me, it's all about the home and my surroundings. I've remodeled lots of home and although it's hard work, it's also my passion. I especially love shopping and decorating!
