FINAL DE SEMANA MARAVILHOSO

Super indico este imóvel. Tudo muito limpo e organizado. A proprietária Ana muito gentil e honesta. Acomoda muito bem 8 pessoas. A localização é ótima e muito perto das melhores praias de Ubatuba. Inclusive a praia do Tenório fica na rua de traz com uma passagem exclusiva para o condomínio. A rua do comércio também é bem próxima e tem tudo: padarias, mercados, farmácias e restaurantes. Foi a primeira vez que fui e com certeza voltarei outra vezes.

Acomodação excelente, pertinho do Tenório.

Estivemos neste apartamento em janeiro/2017 e adoramos. O imóvel correspondeu inteiramente à localização e condições anunciadas, com excelente nível de limpeza e manutenção. Fomos super bem atendidos. Há uma facilidade muito grande no que se refere a padarias, supermercados e acesso às praias. Passamos um final de semana neste apartamento e nos apaixonamos. A descriçao no anuncio e as fotos condizem com a realidade. Tudo limpo e organizado, bem mobiliado e espaçoso, a natureza integrada, segurança, etc. Superou as expectativas. Lugar maravilhoso

Frequentamos esse condomínio há muitos anos e embora não sejamos proprietários nós o escolhemos como o lugar de nossas férias em família. Um local seguro, arborizado, com muitos pássaros, esquilos e flores. A localização é ótima, fica perto de tudo e de fácil acesso a praias maravilhosas que só Ubatuba tem. Já nos hospedamos em vários aptos nesse condomínio e nos últimos anos temos nos hospedado nesse apto. que é extremamente agradável, bem arejado, com utensílios de cozinha impecáveis, acomodações muito confortáveis, higiene de primeira e ventiladores em todos os cômodos. Além disso, o contrato sempre é cumprido pq os proprietários são pessoas responsáveis e acolhedoras. Adoramos esta "nossa casa". Esperamos em breve retornar. Ronaldo e família. S2
