Championsgate/Davenport is a part of what is known as the Greater Orlando Area. We are minutes from shopping, markets, and major highways. We are about 45 minutes from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa. We are close to Disney theme parks and just a little further from Universal Studios. We are centrally located in Florida so we are close to the Natural Springs Florida is known for and about a 1.5 hours to the beaches on either the east or west coast.
