The Heights at Hyde Park is located close to many of Kansas City’s most historic sites. The property is just minutes away from The Country Club Plaza, the Nelson Atkins Art Museum, Westport, Brookside, UMKC, Rockhurst, Downtown and Waldo! The property is also 15-20 minutes from The Royals and Chiefs Stadiums and 20 minutes to Kansas City’s International Airport.

Home has private driveway to the left of the home, can accommodate 2 vehicles or off-street parking is available on a first come first serve basis. Just a few minute Uber ride to Westport and Plaza. Guests will have access to entire home and fully fenced backyard.

Bedrooms:
There are four large bedrooms in this home! The second level has three of the bedrooms including a Primary suite featuring a king size bed, Smart TV, a private work area, and a small place to relax and read. Also located on the second level are two other bedrooms that are extremely comfortable each offering a queen bed. The fourth bedroom, which is only accessible through the primary bedroom(no hallway access), offers 2 double beds. The room is private and has a door but is only accessible via one of the bedrooms. All bedrooms have, bedside tables, charging stations, and overhead lighting.

All 3.5 bathrooms offer state of the art luxury and comfort! The primary suite bathroom features, a tub/stand up shower with a single vanity. The second and third bathroom have large double vanities and stand up showers! The main level bathroom is a half bath off the dining room. The full bathrooms are equipped with luxury Tommy Bahama bath products including shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Each guest is provided a large bath towel and washcloth. Also provided are dark make-up towels for convenience.

Uber and Lyft are great options if you want to park your car and enjoy the city. The KC streetcar has stops all throughout downtown Kansas City, the first stop is right at Union Station.

*PETS - We do allow pets with host approval. If you are planning on bringing a pet please notify us once you complete your booking. There is a $75 fee per pet per stay or $100 for two pets, this fee is collected once the booking is confirmed and paid in full. Contact us for questions. (Guests are required to pick up after their pet, host provides dog bag stations.) This home has a fully fenced in backyard. There is a $500 fine for any unauthorized pets.

*CANCELLATION POLICY - Guests can receive a full refund minus processing fees (approximately 4%) if they cancel up to 5 days before check in. No refund will be provided if cancelling less than 5 days before check in.
