The owner occupies the first floor, where guests stay on the second floor. No shared amenity . Enjoy time relaxing and napping near the beautiful waterfall on the landscaped patio. Enjoy the pine trees in the large backyard. Just a few miles and minutes away from shopping centers, and restaurants. Travel 15 minutes to Arrowhead Stadium, 20 minutes to downtown Kansas City, and 2 miles to the nearby grocery stores. Nearby you will find gyms, walking and biking trails. This beautiful home is perfect for you!!

A Home Away From Home

Peggy is the sweetest! I am a travel healthcare professional. I work long hours and Peggy has made my stay amazing. She is always available with any guestions I have and is very caring. Great experience with friendly host

My son and I stayed with Peggy for a "scouting trip" since he is moving to the Kansas City area. This was the perfect set up for the two of us as we each had our own bedroom and shared the very large upstairs bathroom. The two bedrooms and the bathroom are the only rooms upstairs so you have that area to yourself. Parking our rental car was easy in the large driveway. Peggy was a very gracious host and answered many questions for us about the area. There are two cats in the house but they mainly stay in the downstairs and were not a problem for us at all. A great experience and I would definitely stay with Peggy again.

Short stay with Peggy

Excellent, if brief, stay at Peggy's household! Both rooms were clean and well made and it was very easy to get into and out of the house at our leisure. Only notes would be that a more clear way to access wifi would be useful, but really this is not a mark off but merely a suggestion for the future! Peggy was great, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend this stay!

One night stay

I was in town for a dog event and stayed with Peggy. Her house is lovely and in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Peggy was so sweet with my (large) dog. The room was spacious and comfortable. There’s a tv and mini fridge in the room, bathroom is huge and right across the hall.

The host was very warm and congenial. When I asked about a coffee pot, she made sure to get one, along with some special coffee. She was very accommodating. The rooms were nice, and the bathroom was large. The back patio is fabulous and the grounds beautiful.

Wonderful stay

Peggy was a wonderful host and very accommodating. She really enjoyed meeting our dogs and visiting with us on the patio. The neighborhood was very nice and we had a nice walk with the dogs around dusk, felt very safe. Rooms were spacious and quiet at night. Plan to stay aging soon!

We Left

The listing was wrong and misleading, when we booked the description NEVER said anything about her living on the property. When confronted she said it was listed as two beds and a bath. We felt she was manipulating the description on purpose. She has since changed the description however she is leaving out that she has cats. My mom is highly allergic and our dog would not get along with the cats. When we went to the top floor, the air was on and it was 80 degrees. We decided to leave and go to a hotel. Overall very cluttered.

Lovely stay on the second floor

I traveled with my teenage daughter and her dog and we had a lovely stay in this beautiful home. The owner is in residence on the first floor and was a wonderful host. We had the upper level with two bedrooms and a large bathroom. The bathrooms and bedrooms were immaculate and very comfortable. The home is in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful houses close to amenities and only 5 minutes off I-70. The yard isn’t fenced but it’s got plenty of room to play and a tranquil patio in the back with a relaxing waterfall. I plan to stay here again.
