We make it easy to stay and play with 6 beach chairs, a beach cart, 6 beach towels and easy checkin with an electronic lock all included for your stay. With three large bedrooms and 3 full baths, your entire group will love the comfort and enjoyment this fourth floor Xanadu Villa provides. With elevators access to your villa, there are no stairs to climb unless you want to.

The spacious living are features a large sectional sofa, reclining chair, a smart tv and and electric wall fireplace. The upgraded kitchen includes stainless appliances and table seating for 6, along with bar seating for two more. The main bedroom features a king size bed, fireplace and attached ensuite with double sink, and tub shower combo. The second guest bedroom features a king bed and another full bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom has two twin beds and an adjacent full bath with a tub/shower combo.

Enjoy views from each of your three private balconies, one off the main living area and two off the main bedrooms. With a large flat screen smart tv in the living area and one in each bedroom, everyone will be able to choose their own programs with free internet and streaming.

The complex features an outdoor pool, picnic area with grills and tennis courts for the avid tennis player.
Gated access keeps parking availability secure and the front entrance is key coded as well. Coin Laundry facilities are located just outside the unit to allow for easy access.

Condo is as described and super clean. The beds were comfy and AC worked great! The condo is a quick and easy walk to the beach, via a small footpath across the street. Would stay here again.

We liked being able to have 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as 3 balconies. The building was very quiet and we felt like we had good privacy. It is a nice 5 minute walk to the beach or 15 or 20 minute walk to Coligny circle. We would stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at this place. The beds were super comfortable. Even the twin beds are wonderful. The house is decorated so beautifully. Sometimes when you walk in a place you feel like you need to clean, but not here. It was so clean. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was great and was exactly as describes and pictured! The walk to the beach was only an additional 5 minutes when compared to what is considered “beachside” property and it is an easy walk on a path. The property was very clean and had everything you could think of!

Great location. One can bike almost everywhere. Access to the beach was right across the street. There was plenty of room.
