About this property

Over 180 Acres to Explore!

Welcome to Felicity Ranch! Located in Northwest Arkansas, we offer a secluded, private farmhouse/cabin that is laid back, romantic, pet friendly, kid welcoming, economic, and close-to-everything! Our goal is to make your stay as comfortable and as memorable as possible with a healthy dose of southern hospitality and down home country charm.

What we offer:

• An original Boston Mountain lodge on 180 acres to explore
• 4 professionally decorated, coordinated rooms (1 king, 1 queen, 2 full size beds and 1 sleeper sofa)
• AC / Heater
• Fireplace
• In-house laundry
• Flat screen TV
• Wrap around porch with swing
• Full kitchen
• 2 full bathrooms
• Game room
• All linens / towels provided
• Laid back, comfortable furniture.
• Lake Felicity
• Open country setting surrounded by rolling meadows and the tranquil beauty that is the Boston Mountain Range in the Ozark National Forest! We are a working ranch, complete with cattle and 3 curious Border Collies that keep the place in-line and running smoothly.

From cozy couple's retreats, to large family / church gatherings, to corporate team building activities, there is something for everyone. Sit on our porch swing and gaze out at Whiterock Mountain or immerse yourself in area hiking, hunting, watersports, and bird watching or simply lose yourself to the surrounding forest.

Guests can experience local area golfing, hiking, waterfalls, antique shopping, mountain biking, and developed ATV trails. Love the Arkansas Razorbacks? Our ranch cabin is close enough to the action to be convenient, but far enough away that you feel you are actually on vacation. Bring your ATV and 4-wheel to your heart's content! There are trails everywhere! Speaking of trails... the Pig Trail Scenic Byway is a must-do for those on a motorcycle. Plan on attending the Bikes, Blues, and BBQ rally this year? Need a place to stay for Thunder on the Mountain? We are the pet-friendly, family oriented, vacation rental you are looking for!

Plan a day trip in nearby towns (Fayetteville, Alma, Mountainburg, Mulberry, Altus, etc.), or explore the Ozarks. Or make no plans at all. Relax in front of the TV, or better yet - spend your evening on the porch watching for the deer to come out. Plan a BBQ and roast marshmallows at the fire pit. Take a local area wine tour then watch the stars shine at night.

We are close in proximity to many recreational areas and natural forests where guests can partake in outdoor activities including hiking, horseback riding, swimming, etc. Feel pampered with fresh, high thread count linens! Feel relaxed and rejuvenate in our peaceful, natural, unique retreat.

***NO INTERNET*** Feel free to bring a hot spot if so desired.

PLEASE NOTE: we are a very small home in the middle of the country, surrounded by nature. When it rains, you will see flies. When it is hot out, there will be flying insects, and an occasional sugar ant. We routinely treat the house for insects, but can only do so much to keep nature from taking over. If you fear the sound of a dirt dauber buzzing nearby, we might not be the place for you. If an ant gives you shivers down your spine, by all means, continue with your search. If a thin layer of country dust is not part of your vacation vision, we might not be what you are looking for. BUT...If you are looking forward to a relaxing stay in the mountains surrounded by all the elements - we think you will love it!

Terrible Place

The house was unclean, a cockroach under the rug, spiders and spider webs everywhere, stains on blankets, hair in the shower. We couldn’t even stay because it was so filthy. Do not recommend.

Mill Creek Trail Weekend

The property was easy to find and presented as described in the listing. Mr. Parker was very nice and helpful throughout the stay. We stayed there as a group over the weekend for a trip to ride SXS’s at the Mill Creek Trail system. But we also find out from Mr. Parker that there are many trails systems that you can drive your SXS to from the property. Would definitely stay here again as it suited our needs perfectly.

Vrbo Stay

The place was fine to stay, but does not look near as clean and new as the pictures. It’s much older than expected and there’s no service. However, there is wifi which is not stated before getting to the property. There was hair all under the couch cushions and pillows had stains on them. We only booked the place to sleep, therefore it was fine and worked out for us. But I would not recommend for a getaway or a nice stay in a house.

Arkansas Wedding

Well, some of the things in the description of the property are not quite up to date. Among the issues, the home needs some TLC. Dust, cobwebs,1 bedroom has no door & is open to a bathroom. We were 6 older adults & we were there for 3 nights & 3 adults would not take a bath or a shower due to safety concerns. There is a lack of privacy when sleeping & sharing bathrooms. The best things I can say are.... beautiful views & really good hot water, comfy beds. We had great weather. The 1st cool front came through while we were there. Mona Kocurek

Not what it appears to be.

I want to say Mr.Parker is a nice owner but I think he is in over his head. Clean sheets and towels don’t make it clean. I threw away 4 bars of used soap left in shower and by the sinks. This place was very dirty. We got there a little after 4pm Friday and we left after 4pm on Saturday. My husband couldn’t breath because dust and mold. Hire a real cleaning service. If you don’t want to dust then remove some of the stuff. All the silk flowers were corroded in dust and dirt. And do updates not because it’s old but it needs to work and be safe. We felt like we could fall through the floor in one bath with the shower that is the height of your tummy. You can’t count one bath because the only thing that works in it was the toilet. We left a whole day early and we didn’t ask for a refund or anything. We decided to drive home 4 hours rather than stay another night. If you don’t care about clean and need lots of beds then this is for you. If you want something clean and comfortable keep looking. I felt that the pictures were very misleading. And the view of 1995 Rv parked in the yard is no view. So sorry but it was not worth $367. We are hard working people who felt like we just wasted our money.

Beautiful and relaxing!!

Beautiful, peaceful and relaxing. Only one issue. Listing states that the property has AC. It does and it doesn't. There are window units in the bedrooms which make it possible to get cooled off for sleeping, but the living room and kitchen were hot. We couldn't sit in the living room and visit. It was a hot couple of days. Cooler outside on the porch at times. Other than that, it was clean, cozy and a GREAT getaway after riding motorcycles all day.

Nice place to stay.

This was a nice place to take a vacation. We found conditions acceptable. Being out in the country we did experience the small ants in the kitchen, but we used spray for that problem. The host was terrific with information on things to do in the area.

Christmas

We had a very good time at Felicity Ranch. The owner was very nice and answered all questions. The house is a older farmhouse and cute as a button. It is like going to grandmas house. It was very quiet and relaxing. The beds was very comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked with anything you would need. We spent christmas eve and day at the property and had a very good time. The gas fireplace was nice with how cold it was. We stayed nice and warm. Our two dogs spent the whole time in front of the fireplace snoozing. Had everything we needed. Thanks for a great christmas get away.

We will be back!

I found this little farmhouse to be very nostalgic. It was like staying at my grandma's place that was frozen in a more simple time. the husband and I spent five nights here with our two dogs. My brother and his wife joined us for one night. There was plenty of room. The cows came right up to the fence line, the front porch with the swing was nice. You could see so many stars at night! The kitchen is very well equipped, we made two full meals there. the king bed was very comfortable. Our goal was relaxation and to visit my sister who lives in the area. They have Dishnet and even though the posting says no Wifi, they did have wifi for us to access. we spent a lot of time just chilling out in the living room. If you want to really feel like you are living in the mountains or the country, this is a great place to stay. The owner met us as soon as we pulled in and showed us around the house. Everything went smoothly. Next time I go visit my sister, this is where we will want to stay.
