This is a beautiful place! It’s very relaxing and well-supplied. The home is roomy and clean. The outdoor sitting area is the best feature! But the night skies can’t be missed. We will definitely stay here again.
This was a beautiful property. Myself and family all loved the place. The hot tub and outdoor fireplace was a nice touch. Everything was clean and organized. It was very cozy and felt like a home.
Adorable cabin, with great hot tub, beds, movies and kitchen essentials. Great communication with owner. Definitely recommend! Right on path to Grand Canyon. Stop in Williams is a must!
Great spot for family and friends near Grand Canyon!
Sergei’s place has lots to offer. 3br 2ba. Living area and eat in modern kitchen. Quiet location off the main road to GC. We enjoyed the hot tub, outdoor fireplace and star gazing was a real treat. Check in was easy. Host communicated information well. Definitely recommend!
Place is a little small for 3 bedroom accommodations (we had 4 adults, 1 child), but it was fine for just sleeping there. Can't really make big meals comfortable for 5. Hot tub was a little green and needing a little upkeep, but overall stay was satisfactory.
The road to get here takes some finesse. Very little neighbors and very little road traffic. There is a beautiful koi pond, fireplace and a hot tub outdoors. Inside is a cozy 3 bedroom with all the amenities to help assist you. Would definately stay here again and will recommend to others.

Grand Canyon getaway
Property was very nice. Outdoor fireplace and hot tub were wonderful. 2 feet of snow prior to arrival. Got stuck twice trying to drive up driveway. This was a difficult storm, but driveway should be cleared for guests.
We had an excellent stay! My mother, daughter (16), sister and her twin boys (11) all stayed for a week. We LOVED it! The house was clean and had lots of extra little things that made the stay much easier! Location was great as nothing is close to anything else! We found the 45 minutes to Grand Canyon and 1 hour to Sedona were easy. Flagstaff was only about 35 minutes. The stars at night were stunning!! The koi pond, patio and hot tub were so comfortable! The beds were soft and we were out like lights everywhere night! We would DEFINITELY come back again!!
Great location for grand canyon trip, large hot tub and cozy rustic house. About 45 min to south rim, nice to soak in hottub after hiking. Alot of thoughtful additions, newer appliances, washer and dryer. Plenty of towels and extra bedding. Gave 4 stars because we would have liked the kitchen to be a little better stocked. We had 6 people and there were 5 glasses, no spatula or measuring utensils and not enough silverware. However, overall this place rocked. It gave us everything we really needed for a good price. Outdoor area was bonus. We would recommend it.
yard needed maintenance pond dirty not working ,weeds and garbage no effort to get ready for paying guest. dirty linen left in closet place could use a good cleaning lights don't work and road to get to the house is terrible will not go back
Don’t let the title fool you, nearly every part of our stay was well comforted by this home.
The only downside of the property is the single gravel road that needs to be taken to get to it, which was very bumpy and you should be alert while driving it to avoid any hard bumps. As a country kid growing up, I was able to avoid most of them without issue. This is not a deal breaker by any stretch but should be mentioned.
We arrived well after dark on our first night and we were a little confused at first where the property was, partly my own fault for not checking the message sent by the host prior to arriving. Once I read the message we saw which driveway we were to enter from. If you are approaching at night and unfamiliar with the area, you may get a little bit of a creepy vibe from the area, but once in the house you’ll immediately be relieved.
After our first night and we were able to get a read on the area, we also felt much more comfortable.
The place was clean, a couple of lights didn’t seem to work, we didn’t bother looking for light bulbs because there was still plenty of light. There are plenty of signs around the place indicating your responsibility as a guest, or at the very least, polite requests made by the host. Nothing unreasonable here.
The main attraction though is the outdoor patio area, where you’ll find the outdoor fireplace, a well sized hot tub, and grills if outdoor cooking strikes your fancy. The entire family had a blast being outside for most of our time at the house between our adventures. It was truly more than just a place to rest and recover, it was part of the trip.
Host was responsive within minutes via text of the only thing I needed to ask about, which was if they knew of any restrictions related to the outdoor fireplace (which there were no restrictions on using).
I highly recommend this property for a stay if you’re looking for a good base camp right in the middle of Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon. Don’t let a night time approach of the property deter you, you absolutely will get more than your moneys worth.
Mice, roaches, brown recluse spiders. We caught one while there. Not clean. Broken items.
DO NOT stay here! The place we were given was NOT the place in the photos online. Besides this it was dirty. However, they did provide mouse traps for our use and we caught one! Terrible lighting. Short in lamp cord and much, much more. Never again.
This property was perfectly located for everything our family of six wanted to do in the Williams, AZ area. Overall it was great - we loved the hot tub and patio area. There were some little things that made it so I can’t give it five stars, but nothing major and overall it was a great.
This was one of the most pleasant stays I have had so far on VRBO. It was even better in person then the listing. Extremely clean, way bigger then it looks on the add, our contact answered even my most basic questions in a timely manner. The outside patio area was well, very nice! The hot tub, BBQ , grill, and outside fireplace were perfect. I will definitely be back here next year.
It was exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay. I feel the kitchen cabinets are ready for a “good full clean out”and that’s the only reason I gave cleanliness a 4. Everything was very clean and neat. It was perfect for our visit to Route 66 and the Grand Canyon!
We did enjoy our stay so much, beautiful house and the outdoors, however we did notice once we turned on the air, when we walked in the restrooms and other rooms we noticed that there was a lot of spiderwebs and on top of that a couple of large spiders. We did also notice quite a view bugs over our beds. Just wanted to let you know Just in case you have other visitors and you don’t have anymore complaints. Thank you so much for your time and your rental, it was so much fun!

Grand Canyon Visit
Me and my two adult brothers spent 3 nights at this property while we visited Grand Canyon. The house worked well for us as we each had our own bedroom. We really liked the remoteness and quietness of the location and the star gazing at night was spectacular. Also, the back yard provided very comfortable multiple seating locations. Unfortunately we could not use the very large fireplace due to fire restrictions. The central AC was also a blessing as it was quite hot while we were there. There is room for improvement with cleanliness details. There were spider webs in several places in the house (bugs caught in the sky light), dirty floors in the linen closets, the linen closets had towels and blankets unfolded so it was hard to tell what was clean and what was not clean, the 2nd bathroom shower would not drain and we had to put a light bulb in the kitchen light fixture as it was missing.

This unique property is amazing. Perfect location for visiting Williams,
Grand Canyon, and Sedona. The house has all updated appliances,
a comfortable mattress, cozy furniture, extras in the pantry. The outdoor space is awesome! Hot tub, wishing well with fish 🐟
, gas grill, charcoal grill, a trickling pond outdoor fireplace, comfy outdoor furniture and table. It’s covered so rain, snow, or shine, it can be enjoyed. Even has a privacy fence. The host was very nice too!
I will recommend this property to anyone visiting the area. 5 stars ⭐️
