This cottage is one of a kind in Ocean Beach. Directly on the cliff overlooking the Ocean. One bedroom and one bath stand alone cottage with private entrance. Huge backyard overlooking the ocean with lounge chairs and a fire-pit. A rare fine in a quiet neighborhood. There are five homes on one lot and this is the only one offered for a vacation home. Unbelievable views and perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable tranquil vacation. Walk to downtown main street of ocean beach. Five min from Sunset Cliffs, 12 min from Seaworld and Mission Beach. 20 min to Little Italy and downtown San Diego skyline.
