Worst experience ever!

Multiple issues with the front gate starting on day 1! This was just the one problem we had, to many to list. One guest "that was on the list" made to wait outside gate on the grass because she was ubering for 45 minutes after running half marathon because 'her name was not on the list" have proof name was added and excepted on January 21st.! This happened Feb. 27th. Requesting a full refund for turmoil we encountered! Still waiting on on a email response for a higher up contact as no one wants to claim responsibility! Bad Bad business and Paradise Palms informed me this happens ALL the time with Blue Travel. I am making it my mission to let as many people know our experience so they will not have to experience!

The property had a lot of space, and the location was good, but the cleaning wasn’t the best.

The kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived, and we got lots of cockroaches in the main room bathroom!

This house was everything I was looking for. So open, spacious and was super clean. Easy check-in and communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. Close to everything, restaurants, grocery shopping, everything you can think of...

Weekend Getaway

We was very happy with our vacation home and the property was very clean, the weather was bad but the amenities was excellent for our family, movie theater, game room and the staff at Paradise Pond was extremely nice. We will recommend this property to everyone.
