Worst home
This home was terrible. Paid for pool heat. When we arrived at the home the pool and hot tub did not have enough water in it for the filtration system to even run. No one has stayed in this home for quite sometime for that to happen. We could not use the pool until it was fixed at 5pm the following day. No refund on the stay for no pool. The pool was also filthy from the filter working. They never cleaned the pool just fixed the filter and added water. They have signs posted all over the home telling you will charged for any maintenance etc which is already known from the contract o have signs at every corner is just ridiculous. One of them signs on the all of toilets says do not flush toilet paper. I had to call the next day and ask about that. They said you can flush but don’t flush too much. Pictures don’t match the listing. The pictures are from when years ago because the walls are not even same color. Furniture is not the same. The pool tables and air knocker don’t work. They have duct tape on the pool sticks with a pizza box duct taped to the bottom of the pool table so the balls don’t fall out. Which obviously doesn’t work because the balls where falling out. The costumes they have on the wall are old and torn. Then to top it all off the stove did not work. We tried starting it but since no one has used the home in quite sometime the gas line needed to be bleed. We had 2 night stay and basically had a none working home. Paid resort fee fot the water park full capacity
