Pet Friendly Mtn Cabin on 40 Acres 2 King Beds
Pet Friendly with prior approval & pet fee paid, up to 2 medium size dogs. Bring your family to come relax in this modern mountain cabin that has everything you'll need for your stay. Just minutes from downtown Leadville, come ride the train and enjoy some great restaurants, then come back to relax at our cabin. Go hiking on our 40+ Acres and wear the kids out, LOL
The space
4 Bedroom with 3 Full Bathrooms. Upstairs loft area on 40+ Acres. Garage is locked off for owners use only. The Fireplace is locked off and NOT for use. Its a $1500 Fine if its used.

The whole house except the Garage & Fireplace.
Other things to note
This house has a heater, but NO AC as you're at 10k Feet in the mountains. If it gets hot, please open a window or door. We don't maintain or provide anything for the BBQ or the Fire pit.
