We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is lovely! An easy walk to downtown shops and restaurants and a beautiful neighborhood as well! Lisa and Brian are wonderful hosts and are available with anything you may need. A true gem for your Chatham stay!

A Perfect Start to Summer

We had the most perfect start to summer while staying at this adorable home in Chatham. We loved the open layout of the home as well as the perfect outdoor dining area. The home was in tip top shape and the entire booking process was very smooth.

Beautiful home in a perfect location

The house was beautiful and the layout was perfect for our family. Location is ideal and within very short distance to downtown area, restaurants and beaches. Lisa and Brian were wonderful hosts, and highly communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Family Heaven!

Our family absolutely loved our stay! There was plenty of room for everyone and the basement with the ping pong table was a hit every single night. Wonderful family vacation home

Lisa and Brian have the perfect family getaway. Their house has all the amenities you need along with extra perks like board games, table tennis, bonus basement for extra room and young kids to play in. Location is close to town but also very private which we liked. Would definitely recommend this place to all our friends.

Family Vacation

We loved the house and our stay! The rooms are spacious which was perfect to set up a pack and play for our son and the basement was great for my two young kids to watch tv/play games and give the adults some space and quiet. The backyard was beautiful to relax in the evening and being walking distance to main street was also a major plus. Definitely would recommend and stay at again! We loved the house and location!

Spring break

Beautiful home in a great location! We visited while it was still chilly out but we were still able to enjoy the beauty of this area. House is clean, well designed and cozy. Highly recommend! Few min walk to the water and beautiful sunsets. Close to downtown and many restaurants close by. Look forward to visiting again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lisa and Brian's house in Chatham. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The availability of a fire pit and table tennis gave us and our grown children the bonus of some extra fun during our stay. We highly recommend this lovely home.

A Very Special Week

We had a lovely stay at Lisa and Brian's Oyster Bay home. It was perfect for our family. The home is cozy and comfy and very clean. We particularly loved the backyard with the fire pit and hammock and the ping pong table. We took advantage of many of the suggestions for activities and dining out. We are so grateful for a memorable family vacation.

The perfect home!

We had a great week staying in Brian and Lisa's home on Oyster Pond. The house was immaculate, every room was well thought out and the kitchen was very well stocked. The location was great and oyster pond is a gem indeed. My wife even met a bottlenose dolphin up close and personal while swimming in the pond one morning!

Just fabulous!

It was by far the best property we could imagine. Superclean, well equipped, comfortable. The kids loved the ping pong table and the hammock. We loved to cook in the fabulous kitchen, relaxing in the chairs in the garden. Chatham and the surrounding area are beautiful. Great beaches, restaurants, everything you could wish for. Amazing house and yard!!

We went for the weather and we were almost exclusively outside. The yard was amazing with lush grass and beautiful landscaping…plenty of spaces to sit and enjoy life…the hammock, the firepit, and meals at the outdoor table. Plenty of space for our kiddos to play wiffle ball, soccer, and cartwheels, too! Inside was immaculate with comfortable beds and a finished basement where we had many ping pong games!!! The house is close enough to easily walk to several restaurants as well!! We will definitely be back!!

Chatham Never Disappoints!!!!!

From start to finish, we had a wonderful stay at Lisa and Brian’s property! It is situated in a perfect location and the house is spotless, homey and lovely. Upon entering the door, you begin to feel yourself unwinding and unplugging. The grandchildren loved our “HOLIDAY HOUSE” and asked if we could go back ! That is a resounding YES. If you’re looking for that quintessential Cape Cod get away, THIS in IS IT!!! In our humble opinion, Chatham is the very best town on the Cape, and Lisa and Brian’s home is the best you’ll find .

Beautiful home in Chatham

Lisa’s home was beautiful and super clean. We had plenty of space indoors and out and the location was a quick drive to downtown Chatham. The weather was perfect all week so we never found the excuse to stay in and play ping pong in the basement. Instead, we were out and about most of the time and also able to enjoy the yard and a bonfire one evening. We had a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Home in Chatham

Lisa and Brian's 3-bedroom home in Chatham is lovely, updated with modern conveniences, and comfortable for a family of 6-8 people. It is clean, well maintained, and has essential air conditioning, which is important for summers on Cape Cod. The neighborhood is terrific. The home is located 5 minutes from downtown Chatham. Lisa and Brian were responsive and helpful throughout the process. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this beautiful house. Our only recommendation for improvement would be matress toppers for the two twin beds, which were a bit uncomfortable for our adult children.

Summer Breeze

We had a wonderful stay! From the moment we entered the house, we felt welcomed and “at home”. The house is beautifully decorated, extremely clean and the location is great- just a mile from downtown Chatham. Lisa and Brian were great to communicate with and any questions that we had were answered promptly. They were very welcoming! After many years coming to Chatham, this is by far our favorite place to stay and look forward to returning next year!

Amazing stay with 2 families

This house was perfect for our 4th of July summer vacation. It was beautifully decorated, updated, and very comfortable for our two families with kids. The renovated basement was a great area for movie nights and ping pong matches. The location was perfect, in a quiet neighborhood with a big yard and outdoor seating, yet close to main street, restaurants, the bike trail, and local beaches. The solo stove was a bonus for s'mores with the kids. Lisa & Brian were very responsive and have a beautiful and comfortable home. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future!
