Located in the heart of Surf City,  Sandcastle boasts an enviable location for both relaxation and adventure. Just 32 steps away from the sandy shores, you'll have easy access to swimming, sunbathing, and leisurely strolls along the coastline.

Accommodations
This beautiful property features 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and ample living space designed for your comfort. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing against the shore in the master bedroom, complete with a plush queen-sized bed and panoramic ocean views. The additional bedrooms offer cozy accommodations for family and friends, ensuring everyone enjoys a restful night's sleep. We have added a space with two desks with monitors and desk chairs for your convenience.

* Sandcastle is thoughtfully equipped with all the amenities you need for a memorable stay.
* The fully stocked kitchen invites culinary adventures.  We've added a few kitchen appliances: electric ice cream maker, an air fryer, an electric milk heater and frother, an electric kettle, and a new espresso machine. Additionally, we have a standard drip coffee maker and two Keurig machines.  Milkshake maker, large pots for seafood boils, gas and charcoal grills with a table and chairs in the covered carport garage for socializing while preparing your feasts.  
* Step outside onto the expansive deck and savor alfresco dining as you watch the sunset paint the sky in hues of orange and pink. 
* The private elevator makes getting your luggage in the house easy. 
* Two ocean side ensuites invite you to embrace the ocean breezes and soak in the rejuvenating sunlight. 
* Dedicated workspace: Workspace with two desks provides the perfect space to do things you must while being with the people love. At the Beach!

All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include:
·      Full set of linens for each bed*
·      1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps
·      1 bath mat for each full bath

A starter kit will also be included which includes:

·      2 rolls of toilet paper
·      1 small dish soap
