The bedroom designs are special, no doubt about that, coming equipped with a myriad of artworks. All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, double beds, air-conditioning, flat screen TVs with international channels, sound systems and wardrobes. One bedroom is situated on the ground floor with pool access, while the remaining two bedrooms are upstairs. The bedrooms sleep 6 people in total.

Baths
All three bathrooms are ensuite, meticulously designed with style, comfort and convenience in mind. The two upstairs ensuite bathrooms have showers, toilets and wash basins. The ensuite bathroom for the downstairs bedroom is classy with a large circular Jacuzzi, a walk-in shower unit and a toilet.

Kitchen
Situated in the corner of the open plan living space on the ground floor, the kitchen is built to the highest European standards with a choice of appliances that include an oven, microwave, 4 ring electric hob, a refrigerator and a washing machine, all surrounded by a breakfast bar countertop.

Living Rooms
The lounge basks in copious amounts of natural sunlight courtesy of the tall patio windows that open up to poolside. Decorated in light tones and with a stunning selection of pop art paintings and murals, you cant help but be inspired by the interior design values of the lounge. Here you will also find a large red settee big enough for 8-10 people, ceiling fans and ducted air-conditioning, a 53 inch LG flat screen TV, a Philips sound system and satellite TV channels.

Dining Room
Footsteps from the kitchen, you will find a dining area that looks out towards the terrace and pool and comes equipped with a 6-seat circular dining table. Alternatively, you could dine al fresco style on the covered terrace at poolside where you will also find seating and a table.
