Large open floor plan guest home (carriage house/cottage) with loft, new construction, full amenities including kitchen and laundry. Sleeps up to 8-10 guests and great for entertaining. Centrally located in the Acadiana Region, in the proximity of surrounding areas of Church Point, Eunice, Crowley, Rayne, Lafayette, Scott, and 1 hour East of Lake Charles. Perfect for intimate gatherings and special events as well. See owner for details regarding your event if applicable. Event and small parties rates are $500 and NOT included in nightly stay price. No kids’ parties allowed. Separate party and event guidelines/policies and prices will apply (not included in nightly stay price). NO KIDS. NO PETS!
