The home offers a lot of privacy and a breathtaking view of the Phillippi Creek in the backyard. What I enjoy the most about this neighborhood is the quietness and location, within 5-15 minutes you can enjoy all the fun that Sarasota has to offer.
What makes this property unique
The view is what makes this property unique. When you walk into the house you can immediately see the view in the back. It's peaceful, private and gorgeous. Morning, afternoon or evening you won't want to leave this backyard. Good thing that there are all sorts of food delivery available.
