Private guesthouse with private entrance. Unwind in this waterfront studio minutes away from the island. Fully renovated with a new restroom and tile floor.

Centrally located 15 minutes to downtown and under 10 minutes to North Padre Island. Sorry NO backyard access. Note: There are some low ceiling spots including a center beam and restroom with a clearance of 6'3". Not recommended for tall people.

Great little stay for the night.

We were looking for a place to rest the night before a fishing trip in the area. Nice little cottage set up. 3 of us came down for the night. I would recommend this place for 2 people or less as there was only 1 bed. Clean restroom and shower. Met the owner and he was very friendly. Would stay again.

Paint thinner

We had to ask for the key code and identify the unit. The owner didn't give that information. When we went in there was an immediate strong odor of paint thinner. When I contacted the owner he said he painted last week. The smell was so strong we couldn't stay. The patio curtain rod fell along with the roof bracket. The owner said contact the management service and they were no help since we left the location! Lost the entire rental fee unless the owner finds out in his heart to reimburse all or a partial amount.
