New to the Rental Program!!! Enjoy the privacy of the top floor and amazing canal water front view from the open air balcony of this 3rd floor walk up unit with stairs. This 2 bedroom / 1.5 bathroom unit comfortable sleeps a maximum of 4 guests with a King bed in the master bedroom and 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. The master bathroom has both a bath tub and shower and the unit also has a half bathroom off off of the guest bedroom. Kitchen has a necessary appliances for accommodate your cooking needs: Refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and microwave in kitchen, Televisions in living room and both bedrooms, washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience and free cable, phone service and wireless internet so you can stay connected with your friends and family. Less than a five minute walk to your to our private beach with free umbrella and lounge chairs provided by our beach attendant!
