This Put-in-Bay vacation home has three sizable bedrooms and two full baths. Up to ten guests can be accommodated in this lovely property. Pull right in to your own driveway, with space for two vehicles. The door has a convenient coded door lock, ending the difficulties with keys. You and your guests can access the unit at your leisure. Inside, guests enter into the dining area. Two sliding glass doors exit the dining room to the brick patio. A picnic table with additional seating and a propane grill complete this space. Back inside the home, the kitchen can handle the desires of the cook of your group. Pans, dishes, utensils and such are provided. The living room has comfortable couches and television with satellite service. Conveniently, there are golf carts that can be rented within the Island Club village. Choose a vacation home during your next Lake Erie getaway. The comforts of home can be yours, while keeping all in your group together. We manage several homes in this section, so your very large groups can stay closely together. Booking early is recommended, as dates fill quite fast. The bedding in this house is as follows: Queen & Full (1st BR), 2 Fulls (2nd BR), Full/Full Bunk (3rd BR).
The weekends at Put in Bay Ohio are popular for the nightlife and getting away from the daily work grind without going too far from home. During the week, you can relax and enjoy Put-In-Bay's slower pace in a family friendly atmosphere. With Island Club Rentals, you can visit Put-in-Bay and enjoy your own home and you can even rent a golf cart onsite to get around. Good Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This cottage was very clean and nice inside. The bunks were very comfortable but the 2 beds not bunks were a bit hard. We were not prepared for the complete lack of condiments, Ie. sugar, pepper, salt or even a bath mat for the shower. We have rented many cottages and this was the first with nothing of that sort.The pool was nice and the area was quiet however we were there during the week.The golf cart we rented was delivered promptly.For anyone never having stayed on put in bay this is the way to go. I would stay again.

Would Not Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I would not recommend this place to anyone. There were no sheets or towels! Who doesn't have sheets or towels? We were charged $100 to "rent" sheets and towels for two days. To me, that is outrageous. Also, the coffee maker was broken and the bathroom ceiling was crumbling and moldy.

Unit 109 Review

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were a family of 10 staying in two units. Ours was absolutely filthy. The bottoms of our feet and socks were black. I do not believe the floors were ever washed or are only washed once in a great while. We had children with us so we washed the floors ourselves but that barely made a dent. Our unit also had a mouse trap in one of the cabinets that was freshly baited. If a unit has mice you should be telling your customers-especially those traveling with kids for safety. There were mice droppings in the cabinet throughout the week. The location of the property is great. The golf cart rentals were fabulous. The size of the unit is fine but it’s just so run down and dirty. I get that vacation rentals get run down with time. I am ok with something being livid in but there is no excuse for it to be filthy. The floors should be washed between each guest. The day we checked out we watched a cleaning crew go into a unit. They spent all of 15 minutes there before going on to the next. Knowing what I know now I would stay some place else next time. We had a fabulous time on the island. There is so much to do.

Lake Erie fishing trip

Fall Ball weekend

Reviewer Comments: This is the 4th year we have stayed in this cabin and it seems that things are still not being repaired or maintained. The house fits 12 people well and we love going to the Island Club, but the price we pay for the weekend rental does not reflect in the upkeep. The toilet seat is cracked and pinches skin when you sit on it. The shower was so clogged that it would not drain and we had to use the plunger on it to even get a little water to drain. After 8 people using the shower, it was disgusting. There was no broom or dust pan available to use if needed. A mop would have been nice to have due to it raining and tracking in mud on the tile. The sliding glass patio door does not lock at all which leaves all our belongings vulnerable. Like I said, we enjoy our time there but the house could definitely use some touch ups if we are going to spend that kind of money for a weekend stay.

Messed up vacation stay at Island Rental #109

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Island Club and we was VERY disappointed!!! When we arrived at #109 the outside was VERY dirty (shoes, trash, dirty grill, water bottles, the trash over flowing from the can, cigarette butts). We had to call Dottie a FEW times just to have it cleaned up. Then when we went into the home the love seat was broke!! So Dottie removed it and did not return with a new one til the following day in the afternoon! We had 8 guest in our party and we couldn't even enjoy the tv cause everyone couldn't set in the living room. We was VERY DISPLEASED. When we left the following day we left the property in MUCH better shape than we found it. I will be awaiting a response from management. PS there was also mold in both bathrooms!

Not heat pads to take anything out of the oven which was tough. Did not receive deposit back because of crowd and rowdyiness. We did not have anymore then 1 extra person stay overnight in our 12 person cabin with us all weekend and not sure when we got rowdy after hours because we were out at bars and then passed out when arrived home. Understand they can use any reason to keep deposit which they did.

Reviewer Comments: While we loved our stay at #109, I only wish we would have been able to check in earlier than 4PM. We come every year and some travel 4+ hours. With that long travel time, many of us take Friday off from work. With the cost of the house and distance we like to be able to make the most of our stay. By checking in so late, we felt as if the weekend was rushed getting in late Friday. When calling the Island Club to see if we could get an earlier check in, they were not very accommodating on this request which was a disappointment to many of the guests.
