Welcome to Aberfeldy Cottage! Our cozy cottage home is located on 2 acres within the Dutch community of Churchill. This area was settled by Dutch farmers who immigrated from the Netherlands in the early 1900’s. We are in the heart of an agricultural area 18 miles West of Bozeman, and 8 miles from the towns of Manhattan and Belgrade (the Bozeman International Airport is located in Belgrade). We live on the property in the older farm home built in 1910. Churchill is a great spot for a vacation away from noise and is relatively close to both ski resorts (Big Sky and Bridger Bowl) and only 90 miles from Yellowstone National Park. Something special about our community is that we have 2 lovely Churches founded by the Dutch; one of which has a beautiful historic pipe organ. The cottage sleeps up to 6 with 2 Queen beds and a queen sofa bed and has 2 full baths, one with walk-in shower and the other with a tub/shower combo. Enjoy beautiful views from a well-stocked full kitchen and the adjoining deck. The cottage is surrounded by several ranges of the Rocky Mountains. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, free Wi-Fi, and a Roku enabled TV to stream your own movies or enjoy choices of old-fashioned DVDs and VCRs for a retro experience. Also available are an ironing board, iron, hair-dryer and an infant/toddler porta crib. Two parking spaces for registered guests only. No pets and no parties are allowed (except celebrations of the registered guests) in this quiet community. There is a school playground nearby for the kids and a track and field area for walking or running. You will find fuel and a local bank available in Churchill, but otherwise the nearby towns of Manhattan, Belgrade and Bozeman will be where you go for shopping and dining out. We are close to the headwaters of the Missouri River with 3 rivers that boast top fly-fishing experiences on your own or with a guide and fun white water river rafting on the Gallatin. Come to Aberfeldy cottage to relax, refresh, recreate, and enjoy!

We were visiting our son who attends MSU, to celebrate his birthday as well as visit other family in the area. Your cottage was perfect! It allowed us to spend time together as well as relaxing in this peaceful community. We will definitely look at staying again when we are in town. Thank you for all the special touches.
This property is amazing. Perfect for my two grown daughters and I with plenty of room to just relax. Plus the views were to die for. It was quaint, quiet and relaxing. We were welcomed with big smiles, David and Judy were terrific hosts and communication with them could not be better. We were able to use their firepit to visit with friends and catch up...what a blessing. This place is definitely 5 stars and will be booking here every time we come to town. Thanks David and Judy!
We truly enjoyed staying here. The cottage is in a small, quiet community and is surrounded by ag fields - the view is amazing from the back deck. Our family of four was comfortable (and relaxed!) the entire stay. The cottage is very nice, updated, and clean. Both of the bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious, and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. There is a nice family room with a tv downstairs, but we spent all of our time in the upstairs living room where our daughters played the beautiful upright piano. The hosts are so kind and thoughtful - we arrived to find fresh flowers on the dining table and sourdough bread on the counter. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, and the bathrooms are stocked with basic necessities that travelers tend to forget. The drive from the cottage to downtown Bozeman is about 20 minutes; it is well worth it to be able to stay in a peaceful setting. We will definitely stay here on our next visit!
