Phoenix VI is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.

There is not a better place to stay for you and your family than Phoenix VI and this 2br condo. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbqing.

Come relax on the huge 1st floor glass enclosed balcony directly overlooking the outdoor pool with great views of the gulf. Open the three sliding doors in the balcony to enjoy the fresh gulf air. We have a King bed in the master and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. We also have a keyless entry lock on the front door so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!! We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

FOR LARGE GROUPS WE DO HAVE ADDITIONAL 3BR, 2BR AND 1BR UNITS AT PHOENIX VI

Parking: We have a free parking spot in the garage, the front desk will give you a pass upon arrival. For an additional pass you must purchase your parking pass from the front desk, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle.

Excellent for families

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay here. Everything was nice and clean and there was plenty of room for us and our four kids. We especially liked the convenience of the room location being ground floor and immediately off the lobby. Downsides would be the noise that came with being close to areas where people were a lot, but it didn’t really bother us. The garage space that came with the condo is very convenient as well. The beach here at phoenix vi is wonderful and all the amenities we used were nice. We had a great vacation.

Reviewer Comments: When looking for a place to stay my mom.brain went into saftey mode I didn't want a high up floor because I have 3 year old triplets that's very curious and likes to climb . When I seen this with the sunroom that still had balcony doors that could open and we could see the beach and pool it was like it was made for us . Very clean room not over packed on the beaches . Extremely family friends it checked all our boxes and we hope to be able to stay here again next vacation it was perfect all around no complains

Loved the location, close to everything. Really enjoyed having the large sunroom. Perfect place for the kids to play, then the adults later at night. Would defiantly stay there again.

Great location and layout but dirty floors and loud noises

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, excellent layout, only enclosed balcony/porch with sliding doors directly overlooking pool and pathway to beach. Master bath room was very nice and spacious. Room/Balcony was not cleaned well. Broken glass(large pieces) on balcony floor cut son's foot. Floors were on the dirty side, especially under furniture. Noisy, although somewhat expected, was especially loud with banging sounds in master bath. Recommend sound machine/white noise for children.

Dirty condo

The condo was not clean the floors were not swept or mopped. Carpet looked dirty glass doors didnt look like they were cleaned in months.sunroom had not beencleaned at all very disappointed! The pool was great beach was great. Really need to check with your cleaning crew!!!!

Room for the family

Excellent location to the pool and beach up one floor via stairs or elevator. The enclosed porch provided extra room for separate family activities of games, relaxing or meals. Great working ice maker, and a clean unit. The only things I would suggest is a Keurig coffee maker and a mattress topper for the king size bed. Thank you for sharing your place on the beach with us!

Most is as pictured except for the LR chairs which are no longer there. Husband would have liked to have had a comfortable recliner. The desk by dining table is super nice for computer. All appliances worked. Mr Coffee but would be nice to have a Kcup so had to have filters and ground coffee. Kitchen equipment needs updating, knives, pot and pans and no scissors, mixing/storage bowls. Just newly painted and clean. King bed was comfortable. Shouldn't have to purchase a parking pass-should be included with total price.

Perfect location and size!

Four adults and three kiddos, 4, 3 and 1…The size was perfect. And the enclosed balcony was even better than we imagined. The kids loved it and it was totally safe, since we have a one-year old climber. Super easy to let them play knowing they were safe!! We enjoyed morning coffee and evening cocktails. The view was great; and we were able to spot dolphins! The kitchen was super stocked with everything we needed and more. The location of the two separate bedrooms and bathrooms allowed for privacy for everyone. A++ guys…and we look forward to booking again soon! Sarah, Heather, Nicholas, Erin & the kiddos

Perfect location with all the amenities

This is a lovely first-floor condo with an exceptional patio. The pictures don't capture the size or view from the patio, but it's much bigger than the other condos at Phoenix 6. It also has sliding glass doors that allow you to keep out the wind (it was a little chilly during our stay). Phoenix 6 has an indoor racquetball court and a nice indoor pool area. This was great for the days we got rained out - it kept our kiddo entertained. The condo is also in a great part of Orange Beach, very close to restaurants and fishing charters. I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a low-key affordable oceanfront stay.

Needs attention, incredibly noisy and closed patio is a sauna

Great location and beautiful beach but lots of issues with the property: - furniture looks like it was last updated at the turn of the century, everything is dingy and looks like it belongs in a cheap motel - no hair dryer (listed as included), 3 spoons total in the kitchen and minimal cookware, numerous light bulbs were out - found diaper (fortunately in was clean), empty water bottles and various baby items that weren't cleaned up from last renter - Unit is incredibly noisy as its right above the pools and lots of unidentified noises in the bathrooms?? Also, started some sort of plumbing work so banging most of two days -Workers showed up to do work in the patio without any notice -Outside porch is nice but is mostly glassed in so it get very hot and is mostly unusable. No air movement in the porch and fan is small and essentially useless. Probably nice during the winter

The unit was not clean. You could NOT walk around without shoes. The carpet was filthy as were the floors. It left your feet black. It was very dated and the cooking utensils were hodge podge at best. The pots and pans we burnt and rusted. We had to wash the dishes again because they still had food on them. One of the frying pans still had eggs around the edge. There was dirt and bugs in some of the cabinets. The sheets felt like sandpaper and the beds were the most uncomfortable we have ever slept on. My husband’s back hurt after sleeping on the bed in the master bedroom for a week. The front bedroom had queen box springs and double mattresses and you could not close the door because the beds were in the way. There was dust hanging from the ceiling fans and across the ceiling in the front bedroom. The towels and wash clothes we thread bare. To the point the “bath mat” was sewn back together. Even though there was an enclosed porch, it was not air conditioned and you could not enjoy it. It sits over the indoor swimming pool and hot tubs. If need be, I took lots of pictures for proof. For what this property cost to rent, I expected better accommodations. Pictures online are very deceiving. This unit is not as spacious as it was made to look.
