Had a group of 4 adults here and had a great time! Plenty of space for all of us, very clean, easy to follow instructions for checking in and out. The entire experience was wonderful.
Such a great little house with so much character. Perfect place to stay for my partner and I. Superior was nice and just a short drive to Duluth. I highly recommend this property!!

It was clean and modern. I liked that it was a small, independent house.
This little inn was perfect for a long fall weekend getaway to tour Duluth & Superior. Our main purpose was to tour several colleges in the area and spend time site seeing. This little home was very comfortable we had very clear and prompt communication with the hosts. This is an older home and there were some interior imperfections but overall, this was the cleanest VRBO we've stayed at so far. This worked perfect for our needs, and we would reserve this unit again. We really enjoyed our stay.
Property manager was very communicative and nice. I locked myself out and he was very helpful and understanding. My only issue is It smelled heavily of very old stale cigarette smoke, particularly in the bedroom, despite the running air purifier. Bathroom didn't feel that clean.
This place couldn’t have been better for us. I am from South Superior and a large part of my family still lives there, including cousins that live literally next door. We were able to walk to our favorite place, the Shamrock, which has the best pizza in Superior (or anywhere as far as I’m concerned). Get the Ken’s Special but be prepared to pay cash. The house itself is a great little place with everything you could need. Perfect for a couple or two, as the couch pulls out into a bed. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and furnishings plenty of space. Be prepared for small quirks that are present in all older homes, but nothing that should deter anyone from staying here. Just a few minutes to downtown Superior and Duluth. Property managers were friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Good for. Day
When we walked in, it immediately smelled like cigarette smoke in the entryway. The house interior is cute, but the yard isn’t. The pull-out bed was very uncomfortable, and there were not enough blankets in the house either. The shower let out brown water immediately but then cleared up, which was probably common due to so much iron ore around the Duluth area, but we found it yucky. Wasn’t sure if sink water was safe to drink, and no filtered options were available in the house. Nice play to stay for a night, but the ship horns are VERY loud due to the proximity of this house to the port. Woke us ip twice. Convenient location besides that. Kitchen said it offered the basics for meals but had no cooking oil available unfortunately. Just salt, pepper, garlic, minced onion
House was very cute and updated BUT smelling like STRONG CIGARETTES inside and the owners were trying to mask the smell with linen air fresheners.. very very very strong smell.. the neighborhood was kinda sketchy and wouldn’t recommend… host was very polite and understanding but unfortunately they admitted that the previous people before my friend and I stayed had complained about the same thing About the cigarette snow, but didn’t do anything about it to fix the problem we ended up Calling the host and asking for a refund, but she said we would get a 90% refund. Haven’t received it yet.. we ended up driving back home which was a 3 hour drive because there’s nothing else available in the area.
