Cosy Stirling cottage walking distance to the beach,

Relax on the balcony with a glass of wine, enjoy the beautiful local beaches, or take a tour of our fabulous world-class surrounding wineries, whatever you choose there is plenty to do on the Fleurieu Coast. Our newly renovated Cottage makes a cozy base for whatever you choose to do, we offer a comfortable king-sized bed in the main room and a double bed with a bunk on top in the second bedroom, all linen and towels are provided. We offer a light continental breakfast with a fresh loaf of bread from the local bakery. There is a TV, games, and magazines provided as well as a small kitchen and a BBQ outside. The cottage also offers a full laundry with a washing machine and dryer, iron, and ironing board. We do our best to cater to all, We also provide a high chair and porta cot, for infants. The cottage has two split-system reverse cycle heating and cooling air conditioners to keep you cozy in all weather. Located only a five-minute walk to the beach and esplanade, you can take a stroll and enjoy a coffee at one of the local cafes or dine in at the local restaurants. We really hope you enjoy your stay at Stirling Cottage

All the small things

A welcoming little cottage, filled with everything our young family needed. The hosts went above and beyond to accommodate us, and the small touches such as breakfast and snack supplies, beach parking pass and spa toiletry samples were much appreciated. Great location and a huge backyard too. Would recommend.

Perfect family getaway

The Stirling cottage,My sister and l enjoyed a 7 night stay at the Stirling cottage Aldinga.My sister brought the fur babies and were pleasantly surprised once we arrived. The owner had a fenced in dog arena, which included a kennel. Pet feeding and drinking bowls and toiletry bags for those morning beach walks.The rear yard was our hang out oasis. We spent most of our time outside on the rear deck, where we could relax on couches or play board games. While the sun went down, the garden lights lit up the yard turning up the outdoor ambiance into a pleasant atmosphere.The yard design is great, child and family friendly. Outside games were supplied and a blanket to cover up on those not so warm evenings. The owners have truly thought about every detail inside and outside of the home. Thank you for supplying all the little extra attention to detail items to make our stay even more memorable.The toast spreads, butter, tea and coffee, granola and other cereals, ice cubes, washing detergent, body wash, beach towels and toilet paper. Basic house hold items.The beds l would rate 10/10. Which is one of the most important factors when travelling. A comfortable bed would make me return again. Great location close to everything and super quiet. If you’re thinking about a weekend away or long stay the l would highly recommend the Stirling comfort cottage. Especially if you’re travelling with four legged friends.Thank you for sharing your home to us.

We have been hosts for one year now, we enjoy this area a lot and wanted to share it with our guests, quite often you will find us walking the dogs along the beach, or in summer we are volunteering for the the local surf club.

Why they chose this property

Stirling Cottage is situated on a quiet street one street back from the beach, there is a lane way close by for those who like to walk and enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the ocean or the local restaurants. Or a five minute drive to the local drive on beach.

What makes this property unique

The property is small and cosy, nice outdoor space to watch the native birds or resident magpie. We are still new to hosting and there are still projects on the go to make the spaces better.
