If I could give 0 stars,I would! Part if our group arrived on Saturday afternoon after many hours of international flights. Gina met them with keys to let in. She informed them Air Conditioning only worked in 2 of the 3 bedrooms (those barely blew out any cool air). The AC in one upstairs room did not work at all unless used as a heater. The downstairs common areas AC did not work at all! Athens was going through one of the worse heat waves in many years! (Triple digit temps) Gina informed us the AC would be fixed in 2 days. We were there 8 days and it was never fixed nor looked at. The rest of the family did not arrive until late the Sunday evening. Monday, I called Gina and she came to the property. I specifically explained to her what ad on VRBO said about AC being throughout all rooms on the property. Gina became very defensive and kept saying, “you have 2 AC’s, I should not have to pay 700 euros for electricity to cool the whole property!” She continued to argue with me about the whole situation, including the deceptive description of the property and pictures listed in VRBO. Pictures showed a large nice swimming pool. Come to find out, the pool was not even on the property. The pictures showed nice clean furniture when in fact was filthy. Including mattresses. Mold on shower curtains. Shower in master didnt work. It was horrid and hot! Not enjoyable at all! Should be banned from VRBO for deplorable conditions and false ads! DO NOT RENT THIS PROPERTY!

L’annonce sur le site ABRITEL ne correspond pas à la description, la maison, dans un état déplorable, est à plus de 20 km du centre d’Athenes. Tout est mensongé. Nous avons quitté les lieux après une nuit et attendons la suite de notre procédure de remboursement.

Good location but inaccurate portrayal of property

First impression of property appeared ok but we had just arrived from an all night flight so we were quite tired and not paying close attention. As the days progressed we found many discrepancies from the original advertised property. Main issues are as follow: Cracked glass on cupboard doors Coffee maker not working we had to buy one not reimbursed for cost No spatula, or frying pan with nonstick coating Fridge did not keep food cold, owners came in and defrosted; fridge worked for one week then it began to struggle to keep food cold again Stove/oven so old with broken and blinking lights we were afraid to use Upholstery on wingback chairs filthy when my sister put her hands on arms of chair to stand up chair leg broke Livinroom sofa slipcovers dirty and cushions on sofas sagging and extremely uncomfortable No toilet garbage bags supplied we had to buy No toaster but it was replaced with a sandwich maker Beds were advertised as queens but were small doubles at best Mattresses were filthy stained and covered with mattress cover until we changed sheets and saw state of mattresses Bathroom shower curtains very soiled. An attempt to cut off the dirtiest part was made by owners but then the curtains too short and water goes all over floor Tub in main hallway bathroom was a mini tub big enough for a child not adults Bathroom shower head holder in master bedroom loose and not able to hold head in place when water turned on Patio furniture in an appalling state of disrepair and when we discussed with Gina she told us she could see nothing wrong with state of furniture. We have pictures to share if needed No working AC in living room or middle bedroom up stairs even though we asked when we could expect a repair person to come in we got no answers No beach towels provided and we were told not to use house towels and That we should buy our own towels which we did. The owners left a dog in the side yard even though they did not live on the property. The owner said he would be by everyday to clean up after the dog and this was not done. Horrible smell. This advertisement was dishonest and very troubling to us. We rented for 30 days and relied on pictures and reviews we we feel were not honestly portrayed. No one should have to face this when on holidays in a country never visited before We have taken pictures of the house and our concerns and can visually back up our concern If we could give it a zero we would

We loved our stay here! I highly recommend using their driver if needed. Mario, our driver was very special and told us all the wonderful places near our vrbo!

Nice place and very comfortable

When we arrived at the house we were met by the owner who then gave us a detailed description of the house. The home was very functional for the 4 adults. Plus we found out that Uber was an easy source to use fir travel into Athens. We were a little disappointed to find out the map that VRBO used was misleading in the description of its location. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

This place is in a nice neighborhood with a great beach very close by. It is more than a 20 minute drive to the center of Athens. The hosts are extremely friendly and responsive.

It was beautiful and the views were amazing even Ruby the dog welcome us as well.

We had three couples and we came to celebrate our Anniversary and we had a blast! We were welcomed with open arms and wine at the door. Gina and Kurtw are so hospitable and carring. They helped us with a taxie man who treated like family his name was Bobie took us around to places and landmarks we enjoyed. I do t gave words to express how loving they all were.

The villa was fabulous with views of the hills and down the street from the Sea

Georgia was amazing. She was so helpful and accommodating. She picked up my mother and I giving us a wonderful mini tour of the area. She was willing to show us the sights but we ended up renting a car and went out on our own. The villa was simply beautiful. Clean and spacious. The large sliders allowed plenty of breeze we never needed the air conditioning. The kitchen was stocked with all the accessories one would need all we had to do was purchase the particular items we wanted to cook up. Meals eaten out on the veranda were stunning. My 3 adult children enjoyed the stay as well. Georgia's sister Lista was a God send, helping us find local hide outs and eating establishments. (Nonna's Pizza was to die for). Athens was a comfortable 40 min drive. I would readily return to any of Georgia's properties.
