Being on the trail was amazing, all of the homes amenities were as advertised, with the hot tub right over looking the trail. House even had a crock pot and griddle. Enjoyed it so much we booked again for next season.

Heaven on earth

We enjoyed the family of deer that passed through with young fawns each day. Since we were there for peace, quiet and nature the off season worked well. There was some noise from maintenance at other houses. But we were out of the house enjoying the Canaan Valley State Park, Blackwater Falls and other trails so not a problem. The beauty of Canaan cannot be overstated it is very special!

The location was close to Everything Canaan has to offer, but be careful, the area had no cell service. (On a Verizon 5g plan) t-mobile users had service though.

Snowed Inn IS heaven!

Wow! Just can’t say enough. Our first time back to Timberline in a few years and we have to say it is better than ever. Snowed Inn made our stay extra perfect! The home is well appointed and meticulously clean! And PacMan!!! Location is ideal! Property management is a delight! Can’t wait to go back!

Fantastic location!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at Snowed Inn and would highly recommend it to others. Perfect for ski in/out! We are a family of four and our kids brought friends. There was plenty of room! It had everything we needed and made for a very enjoyable holiday ski trip for us.

Luxurious Rental in a Lovely Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very comfortable and spacious house in a very scenic and convenient location. Very close to great hiking in Dolly Sods and Roaring Plains - one of the trailheads in Dolly Sods can even be walked to directly from the house and the others are only a short drive away. Additional hiking nearby at Canaan Mountain Backcountry, Blackwater Falls SP, and Otter Creek Wilderness. Our children enjoyed the game consoles and the number of board games in the house. The kitchen was very well stocked, everything was clean, and plenty of extra supplies for everything. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the very nicely maintained outdoor terrace/patio and the seating there.I also highly recommend the rental agency, Best of Canaan - they were accessible 24 hours by phone and very helpful. A special thanks to Donna who constantly helped us with any issues or questions we had.

Perfect family weekend place

The cabin was very clean and beautiful! It had everything we needed for a long weekend with small children. Games, movies, hot tub, beautiful deck. Each room was clean and decorated beautiful. Beds comfy cozy. Kitchen stocked with everything you needed to cook for a family. Lovely home. Great location.
