Great location

This property is in a perfect location. We were there for St Paddy’s day and could not have been in a better location. Walking distance to everything. Unit is perfect of family or two couples.

Great location

We stayed for almost two weeks and being so centrally located allowed us walk to everything. Very comfortable beds and very clean. Newly renovated so everything was in great condition as well. We loved it!

Beautiful and clean!

Wonderful experience! The space was clean and beautiful. The most gorgeous street, right next to a bus stop, and right next to the park. Would recommend to anyone. The host was AMAZING and helped us with anything we needed.

Wonderful spot!

This condo was in a perfect and safe location that was only a 10 minute walk to most everything you would want to do in historic downtown Savannah. The property manager was super quick to respond with anything questions we had. Nice amenities and up to date appliances and finishes. Comfortable for 4 adults and possibly a child or 2. Definitely will recommend and stay again!!

Great Location

Steps from Forsythe Park and free trolley stop. Clean, comfortable beds, quiet, tastefully decorated, off-street parking, and well equipped kitchen...what more could you ask for!

Spotless, Cozy and Primo Lacation

I can not emphasize how great this townhouse is. It is so clean, you can literally eat off the floor. Super comfortable beds and the location is the very best in all of Savanah. Just a short stroll to everything including a Kroger grocery store

Best sleep ever

This charming condo suited our needs perfectly. The host was so friendly and answered ALL of my questions. The beds are so comfortable which was the perfect way to end my long day of walking and shopping. The location was perfect. A few opportunities would be adding a full-length mirror, hangers for the closets and a chair with a possible desk/vanity in the master bedroom. The bathrooms are a little small but we made it work. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend to others. THANK YOU

Wonderful Apartment

Very clean, well kept, updated and quiet. Plenty of utensils and dishes. We are a couple of senior citizens who should have had a ground floor but we managed the outside stairs which are sturdy with handrails. The inside ones to the bedrooms are easy. I recommend the owners might put a grab bar in the shower and tub and maybe a couple of robe hooks on the back of the bathroom doors. It is very close to the free bus (dot) to downtown and right across from Forsyth Park. Several restaurants within walking distance and also near squares. A deck of cards and a jigsaw puzzle or a board game for down time would be nice. All in all our experience for first time visitors to Savannah was excellent.

Lovely apartment and neighborhood

We live in FL and met our friends from NC in Savannah!! The apartment was perfect. It was lovely, clean, comfortable and located across the street from fantastic Forsyth Park. We walked everywhere, had wonderful meals and sat around in our apartment and had wonderful conversations! Highly recommend this apartment and btw, they have parking!!

Savannah snow

Well this was a complete different Savannah experience with the first snowstorm in 30 years! Visiting my daughter at SCAD! The house is as pictured online. Very roomy for multiple guest. 2 en-suite bathrooms were wonderful to have. Beds very comfortable. Kitchen well stocked and that was a good thing since the snowstorm shut everything down. Was able to make my daughter’s favorite meals and watch movies as we were snowed in. Parking in back was another plus. Location perfect right across Forsyth. Only downside is the many stairs to get in with luggage. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for our get away

This was the perfect spot for our stay in Savannah for our mini vacay. Felt like home from the moment we stepped in the door! The home is exceptionally clean and is very well stocked with anything we needed from plenty of towels and tissue to pots pans and dishes. It is perfectly situated next to the beautiful Forsyth Park. The free historic district shuttle stop is conveniently located right beside the building. Braxton is the perfect host. He offered suggestions of places to visit and eat during our stay. He quickly responded to and questions we had.

My husband, son and I had an extremely nice stay at condo. It was clean, free of cluster and had a sense of calm. It was very easy to relax while there. It was a 5 minute drive (or 25 minute walk) to SCAD, which was why we were visiting Savannah. We were right next to Forsyth Park. It is a lovely park and great for a stroll. There were numerous restaurants not far from the place. The host was extremely helpful and quick to reply to any questions we had. We would definitely consider staying at the condo again if we find ourselves back in Savannah!
