Grand Venetian Beachfront Condo

Enjoy this relaxing one-bedroom unit located on the 24th floor of the Grand Venetian which is loaded with amenities. The unit is a one-bedroom, one-bath unit with oceanfront views from the kitchen, living room and balcony.

Located adjacent to the modern La Isla mall with VIP cinema and in the heart of the hotel zone (only fifteen minutes from the airport), the unit is well located for access to everything in town.

The complex boasts heated and unheated pools, a well-equipped gym, tennis courts, games room/pool table, on-site parking, and 24- hour security. Guests have access to all amenities in the building.

The oceanfront balcony boasts comfortable lounge chairs, couch and BBQ for use during your stay. There are smart TV's in the living room and bedroom and the bed is a matrimonial size (larger than full but slightly smaller than queen).

The unit has an electronic door-lock for which we will provide a code prior to your arrival and the building is very secure with 24 hour security for entry and exit and we are avaialble anytime during the stay for any questions or concerns.

Please note that prior to arrival there is a form that must be completed by each guest staying in the unit. We will provide the form prior to arrival and it must be completed and presented to security at checkin. Security also requires that visitors complete the same registration form and we must notify security at least 24- hours prior to their arrival.

Also note that bracelets will be provided to be worn when using building amenities, as well as gym access card. If any bracelet or access card is lost there is a 2000 peso cost of replacement for each.
