Quiet Retreat on 1 acre property. 4 Bedroom/ 2 Bath Home in Fairhope Alabama with two car garage and plenty of parking. Large trees shade the front and back yard to provide respite from the hustle and bustle. Home has large open floor plan with wood burning fire place.
New to VRBO, kitchen has all new appliances and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. Multiple pots and pans with a variety of sizes. Even a pot large enough to cook shrimp or lobsters.
Kitchen complete with Kitchen-Aid Stand Mixer & Coffee Pot, Crock Pot, Blender and Toaster. Kitchen has all the dishes required to host a dinner party or cook and serve a turkey. Lots of extra glass containers with lids, serving platters, soup tureen etc
Home seats a total of 12 for dining using both tables and counter area in kitchen.
Wall art shelf provides most of the standard spices for cooking and a few blends.
Kitchen comes complete with glasses, wine glasses and bar ware. Cookbooks, placemats, cloth napkins and kitchen linens included for your use.
Comfortable tasteful furnishings throughout. Bed linens and towels provided for each room based on occupancy.
Living Room Buffet stocked with puzzles and a variety of games.

The house is in a quiet area which is exactly what you need at the end of a busy day. Within a couple of miles you can be in the center of Fairhope and everything at your fingertips. The home has plenty of space for multiple couples or families to engage. The acre lot provides green space for outside activities.
What makes this property unique
The house is clean and properly appointed. The kitchen has most anything needed to cook and serve a dinner party.
House is stocked with laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, dishwashing soap, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo & conditioner.
In the kitchen we have also included the following extras: spices, sugar, all-purpose flour, tea bags and coffee. Cookbooks, books and cd's available for use in home
