This beautiful newly remodeled Beachfront Cottage in Emerald Isle is just perfect. A little bit of Paradise right on the beach. Just step off the deck directly onto the sand and catch the next big wave or relax in a chair reading your favorite book. This wonderful Emerald Isle Vacation home has 3 Bedrooms, 2 Bathrooms, and Sleeps 8. The Master bedroom has a King-size bed and a Twin-size daybed with a private bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms both have queen-sized beds. There is a full bathroom in the hallway. Our advice? Just walk in the front door and let the fun begin! Who knows, you may even SEE turtles at See Turtle Cottage! 🐢

Great house and wonderful view

This house was ideally located right on the beach with a great deck and fabulous deck chairs that were high enough to watch the dolphins and the sea birds!! The walk to the ocean was easy and the house was well equipped. Plenty of towels and amenities made the stay enjoyable. Joyce, the hostess, was great !!! We would stay here again !!!

Need more than 1 key when you have additional adults. Issue with the fire alarms. Front door made us feel uneasy as anybody could break in

Great price for a great house!

I have gone to EI all my life and have stayed in a wide variety of houses. Sea Turtle cottage was great, but also a little small for my crowd. The beds were super comfortable except one. The shower head outside broke, but was replaced immediately. There is not a lot of storage in the kitchen, but we had plenty of plates, pots, etc to cook our meals. This place was very clean and nice. It is a bargain compared to other houses.

Great location

Easy walk across dunes to the beach, as it is very close. The place is nice and as advertised. The only things we disliked were the high beds (why?) and one sofa in the front seriously needs to be replaced. Otherwise a nice, thrifty place.

Spectacular Beachfront View

Amazing smaller but really quite roomy beach cottage with direct beachfront. Wonderful deck with stairs to beach. Very clean and comfortable. Fully loaded with everything you’ll need, including a newer gas grill. You can’t go wrong with this one. The best beach rental I’ve ever stayed at in Emerald Isle. Will definitely be back and can hardly wait!

Great beach location!

This typical NC beach cottage sits right on the beach and close to restaurants and stores in either Emerald Isle or Atlantic Beach. Clean and recently updated this sweet cottage is small but is packed with all the amenities you need for a great trip.

Long weekend at Emerald Isle

Sea Turtle in Paradise

Great property

We stayed during tropical storm Ophelia- it was a wild time but a wonderful stay! Beautiful porch area, can't get closer to the beach, but insulated behind the dunes. We had everything we needed and easy access to Emerald Isle, Atlantic Beach, and more. Joyce was great. Would definitely come again!

Wonderful!

EI is our favorite place to vacation, but this is our first stay at the Sea Turtle Cottage and it didn’t disappoint! Everything was clean, beds were comfy, and you can’t beat the view and beach access! Joyce was a breeze to work with. We have no complaints whatsoever other than we had to leave 😢 But we will be back soon!

Irbys family vacation

Overall we really liked the place. We did experience a couple of issues which included a broken washing machine, rusted out grill and a bug infestation issue. The water appeared yellow in color so not sure what if anything could be done with that. The furniture in the living area appeared to be dated as well. It should be noted that Joyce Jones, our contact person, and the maintenance staff immediately gave attention to our issues and did a nice job with fixing them including providing a brand new grill in a timely fashion. The location of the unit was excellent with proximity to the ocean and views that were spectacular. We would consider renting again.

Lovely days!

We lived our stay in your lovely cottage. Everything was just as described and we adored being so close to the beach. The beds were comfy with lovely drag linens—do be advised that the master bedroom bed is very high, which was a challenge for my elderly in-laws but nothing a step stool couldn’t conquer (and thankfully Ace hardware was not far). We loved cooking dinners and appreciated the nearly new grill and plenty of propane. We will be back for sure!
