More than cozy!
This property was supreme, exactly as a guest room in someone's home, perfect little apartment, privacy, every detail and Hospitality Hospitality hospitality! Would absolutely stay again Danielle and Jeff were as amazing as their sweet little suite.

Haven of peace and joy
Our stay in this cozy and quiet apartment was so relaxing we didn't want to go home! Daniele and Jeff are simply delightful, and their joyous and generous nature reflect in the amenities offered throughout. Basic breakfast necessities were covered in the fridge, lots of toiletries in the bathroom, fresh flowers everywhere. The view from the deck is really cheerful, even on a rainy day. Needless to say it is an impeccably clean, well maintained property. Many rentals get a 10/10 rating, in my experience this property is the real deal.

Great Newport Getaway
Great in-law suite, close to Newport downtown and mansions - just a short drive with car. Spacious kitchen, bedroom/family room and bathroom. Nicely decorated. Danniella and Jeff were so welcoming and nice, they even drove us to the Cliff Walk. I highly recommend.

The property was very well appointed, inclding the lovely flowers throughout. The hosts were absolutely wonderful. Friendly and available but also respected our privacy. We enjoyed coffee and meals in the back porch overlooking the garden.

Danielle and Jeff are very welcoming. Their home is clean with fresh flowers from the garden in every room. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and even supplied us we snacks too! We would definitely recommend this to everyone

Wondystay in Newport
Danni and Jeff were so welcoming and hospitable; we felt right at home. Their accommodations are lovey, and their rear garden is incredible. I could have spent hours on their back deck just watching the birds.

Wedding in Newport!
We came to Newport for a family wedding, and wanted to stay a few extra days. This place was PERFECT for the 2 of us! As a Salve Alum, I knew the area, so getting around was familiar. Dannielle and Jeff were WONDERFUL. If their car wasn’t there, we wouldn’t even have known they were home! Definitely a place to stay at again…Thank you for making us feel like family!

Great hosts, location & property
Super cute space near enough to town but far enough out that it's in a quiet neighborhood. The hosts were great and left some "essentials" for us (coffee & raisin bread(!?)) - which was great because we pulled in layer than expected and didn't shop before settling in. Space was cozy, but not cramped or tiny. Beautiful outdoor space too! If we come back for a festival next year, this will be where we intend to stay! Thank you D&J!

Cozy and fabulous!
We stayed for two weeks at this lovely property and enjoyed every minute of it. The hosts were outstanding--gracious and kind and welcoming. The property is clean as a whistle and overlooks their carefully tended gardens, from which the hosts gave us fresh flowers for the apartment--even replenishing them halfway through! The deck provided us with outdoor seating for every meal. The bathroom is quite large and even has a closet for storage of toiletries. We enjoyed long walks in the area--and the proximity to Bellevue Avenue/Thames Street etc as well as the gorgeous Second Beach and hiking around Middletown. Thank you, thank you to our hosts! :)

The little apartment is very charming and a perfect place for two who are staying in New Port. We loved our hostess Danielle who was so helpful upon arrival and was immediately available if we needed her. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

Happy Anniversary
My Husband & I were delighted to be welcomed with flowers and fresh milk. The "tea house"is indeed cozy, and we thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful dishes & glassware. We had a great time lounging about in the morning before starting the day's adventures. We have been to Newport many times and absolutely love walking along 2nd beach, the sand is so fine and smooth on your feet, and the view divine. After eating out for several days, we grilled a couple of grass fed steaks, and had a romantic late night dinner on the back porch. It was a delightful end to a wonderful long weekend! The only suggestions I would make would be for a pair of brass candlesticks for outdoor dining, and in the kitchen a fancy bottle opener, a garlic press, a wooden cutting board, and a large black frying pan.

I really can’t say enough nice things about our experience at Dannielle and Jeff’s place. The home was immaculate and had so many personal touches that made us feel at home. We were welcomed so kindly by Dannielle on the day we arrived, even though we arrived pretty late. There were fresh flowers everywhere and sitting out of the deck was perfect. The location was really nice and was only a quick, affordable Uber ride to downtown. I liked being able to come home to tranquility. Thanks so much for hosting us!
