Private Yard on a 1/2 acre of wooded privacy - perfect for backyard bbq's and star gazing. Newly paved driveway with spacious basketball court. Fully stocked garage w/ 12 beach chairs, boogie boards, bikes, scooters, rafts and pails. Outside shower, W/D, gas grill, flat screen TV with cable and internet. Central A/C Upstairs. Screened in porch with fan, eating area and wicker furniture. Family oriented and quiet neighborhood. Short drive to both Corporation and Mayflower Public Beaches.
