This stunning duplex Newport Bliss home sits right on Newport Bay, just steps from the beach. You’ll have full, exclusive access to the upstairs unit of this duplex home, Newport Bliss (UNIT B). Both units at the home are separate rentals with separate entrances. Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests.
This is a famous So Cal location to visit and experience the high life. You’ll find yourself on the Newport Bayside with stunning views and just steps away from the docks where you can rent water equipment for a day out on the water.
- Prime location between Newport & Balboa Beaches, 1/2 mile to Balboa Pier, and 1.8 miles to the Newport Pier. If you walk from Pier-to-Pier, it’s 2 miles one way and a lovely beachside walk.

The home is a 15-20-minute drive (10 mi | 16 km) from the John Wayne/Orange County Airport (SNA) and an hour drive (46 mi | 80km) from LAX (Los Angeles Airport, north of Newport Beach).
The best means of transportation would be to rent a car or you can hire private transport (Towncar) or a rideshare service like Super Shuttle to and from the airport, of course, there are curb-ride services like Uber and Lyft as well as taxis.
It’s a 2-story duplex home so guests will need to climb stairs to reach the upstairs unit. Please note, the loft bedroom does not have a door.
Daily housekeeping is not included, but if can be arranged.
The home is equipped with a noise monitoring system (not a recording device, it just measures decibels of volume) and when the noise level gets too high, it notifies us. Newport Beach has a strict Noise Ordinance. Any fines or penalties during the rental period are the responsibility of the guest. We do not receive notification of fines until 4 weeks after the rental period.
Please note that the owner's yacht is moored out front, but it is not accessible to guests.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 25 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the home, and the use of any recreational drugs ion the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. The home is equipped with noise sensors that will notify us if the volume at the home exceeds the acceptable level. And no loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- NO PETS are allowed.
