Located on the main level is the stunning dining, living and sunroom all with hardwood floors. The living room has a 48" LED flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings. The updated kitchen and laundry closet are also on the main level. The master bedroom with queen bed and 32" LED TV is located on the main level with private bath. The second loft bedroom is located on the upper level with queen bed and 28" LED TV. The second bath is on the upper level landing. The spacious deck is perfect for enjoying the wooded views and dining al fresco! This property is within walking distance of Oak Point Lane #1 (sleeps 4) and Beaver Drive #74 (sleeps 6). Wireless internet provided. Gas grill. No Smoking. No Pets. Please note the fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

We are located in Holiday Island in the heart of the Ozark Mountains on Table Rock Lake, which has 900 miles of shoreline. Branson Missouri and Silver Dollar City are within an easy hour's drive, and downtown Historic Eureka Springs and The Great Passion Play are less than a ten minute drive.

Holiday Island is a great place for family reunions!

Holiday Island has two premier golf courses. A nine-hole course on the Island and an 18-hole course.

The Holiday Island beach is available to all guests.

Cancelation for Property Rentals - We happily guarantee your reservations and only expect you to guarantee your arrival. If you must cancel for any reason (including weather, family emergencies or for the health and safety of your family from COVID-19), your deposit will be refunded if you cancel at least 30 days prior to your intended arrival date. If you cancel, reschedule or switch properties with less than the required notice, your deposit will be refunded or applied to a future date ONLY IF we are able to re-rent all of your reserved days. Otherwise, your deposit will be applied to any unrented days, with the remainder refunded to you. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to arrival, you will be charged for the entire stay unless we are able to re-rent the property. NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY DEPARTURES. No shows will be CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT! Please note that third party bookings, VRBO or Airbnb, may have different cancelation policies.

A 50% deposit is required and is refundable only in accordance with the cancelation policy. The maximum number of guests for this property, including children, is four. There is also an additional charge of $10.00 per night over holiday periods and special events. A two night minimum stay is required on all rentals and a three night minimum on holidays and special events. Pets not allowed.

Well maintained and welcoming

This home/rental was great! It’s at the end of the street and there are trees all around. There is a lovely sunroom with great seating to watch the squirrels playing in the trees while drinking your morning coffee or tea. It is decorated tastefully and the furniture and beds are comfortable. The outdoor space has a seating area, grill and a chiminea. Getting to the property with owners driving directions was easy, though getting off the “island” may have been challenging once. 😉. Communication with rental owners was quick and easy. All around great place and I would recommend with five stars.
