About this property

Condo with Balcony, Ocean Access, Pool, Gym + Game Room.

As you relax on the balcony, looking out over the serene lake surrounded by acres of greenery, you’ll feel transported, truly away from it. But at the same time, because of Cinnamon Beach’s convenient location—near St Augustine, Marineland, scores of restaurants, golf courses, and more—you’ll have plenty of things to do and places to visit to choose from. That’s why Cinnamon Beach, Unit 952 is the perfect vacation condo: It offers the best of both worlds.

The condo is part of a 65-acre private gated community of Cinnamon Beach nestled within Ocean Hammock Beach Resort. Just yards away from Unit 952 is the 2.5-mile cinnamon-colored beach, accessible by three private boardwalks. Should you prefer to swim in waters stiller than the Atlantic Ocean, we have two outdoor heated pools, surrounded by chaises, palm trees, and sparkling sea air. There’s also a heated whirlpool, perfect for soaking after a workout in the well-equipped fitness center or a jog along one of our paths. Also on-site are a “splash zone” for kids and game rooms outfitted with air hockey, foosball, and pool tables. All that and more are within the condo complex: no need to even step outside the gates. Please Note: The splash zone is under construction.

Of course, given how spacious and comfortable Unit 952 is, you may not even want to step outside the condo! There’s the luscious balcony, for starters, furnished with a table and chairs so that you can even eat your meals out here. Sliding glass doors lead from the balcony to the living room. Decorated in serene hues, with marvelously plush sofas, cable TV, and a DVD player, it’s large enough to accommodate family and friends for a night of games and movies as well as relaxing enough for a midday nap.

Equally roomy and peaceful is the adjacent dining area. The long glass table seats six with ease and can also accommodate a rousing game of Monopoly. The elegance of the decor matches that of the kitchen beside it. As beautiful as the kitchen is—gorgeous counters, richly finished cabinets—it’s even more practical. It comes equipped with all the major appliances as well as smaller ones including coffee maker and toaster. Also included are cookware, utensils, and tableware: All you have to bring is food (or the names of all the restaurants you plan to visit!). For even more convenience, Unit 952 comes with its own full-size washer and dryer too.

Speaking of convenience, all bedding, towels, pillows, and blankets for Unit 952’s three bedrooms and two bathrooms will be fresh, clean, and waiting for you upon your arrival. Once you see the bedrooms, you may want to make a long, luxurious nap your first order of business!

The primary bedroom has a sumptuous king-size bed, a TV, and doors that open directly onto that marvelous balcony. You can gaze up at the stars, glass of wine or cup of tea in hand, before retiring to bed every evening—pure romance! The primary bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with shower, tub, and all the storage space you could want.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the third has two twin beds. Like the primary bedroom, they each include a ceiling fan, a TV, and plenty of drawers for unpacking your belongings. The second bathroom is convenient to both of these bedrooms and is decorated to the same high standard.

Whether your dream vacation entails beachcombing and surfing, golfing and sightseeing, or simply lounging and lazing, Cinnamon Beach, Unit 952 is the perfect place from which to enjoy it. So make your dream come true by booking your reservation today.

BYOS ... (Bring your own stuff!)

The property was excellent overall. The place was clean and in good condition. Very nice view of the sunsets from the balcony. What we didn't like was the lack of the things you expect when staying at a rented property or hotel. There was only one small bar of bath soap and one roll of single-ply toilet paper in each bath ... no shampoo, lotion, or anything else. There was only one small envelope of laundry soap and no dryer sheets for the laundry for a week's stay. In the kitchen, there were only four suitable coffee filters for the coffee maker (there was a pack of four cup filters, but not the larger 10-12 cup size), no coffee or anything else you might expect. There was a small bottle of dish soap which was sufficient, but only one small packet of soap for the dishwasher. There was half a roll of paper towels in the kitchen... again appeared to be the cheapest single ply you can buy. The TV in the living room didn't work at first. Found out it was unplugged, and there was no guide as to how to operate the cable system with the TV. Took about three days to figure that out. Eventually figured out that the ceiling fans were operated by a small remote. So basically, it's a great place to stay, but bring your own stuff so you don't have to run to the store to buy the things you need for the day-to-day essentials! Usually, most of the places we have stayed, they seem to go out of their way to make your entire stay enjoyable... but not here.

Awesome beach getaway

We had a wonderful stay. The condo is very spacious. Short, easy walk to the beach. The waves were pretty strong our entire stay, but my 12 yr old loved it and was in the water all day for 4 days, he had no trouble navigating the boulders. My only complaint was there was no extra trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels or dish soap. Just bring a little extra if you’re staying a week. Over all we had a wonderful experience and would stay again.

Great week!

We liked this place and the location. There are a few things that could be done to the property to make it even better, but those wouldn’t prevent us from staying again ( the dryer usually took multiple cycles, the carpets were a bit worn, and the entry door can be aggravating at times). Another note about this location that doesn’t have anything to do with the room - there are large boulders on the beach and they are hidden underwater at high tide. You have to be careful in the water. We had our share of foot scrapes on them.

Pre-Spring Get Away

This unit was perfect for 2 couples with an extra 3rd bedroom. Everything was clean, up to date and well stocked in the kitchen. As you enter the gated community, you find well-maintained landscaping with houses and 6-floor high rises. We lucked out with beautiful weather so we could enjoy the the heated pools (2), walks on the beach, and refreshments at the poolside cafe. If golf is on your list, there are public courses nearby; the resort courses, we found out, are only available to those staying at the Palm Coast Resort. The location, in between St. Augustine and Daytona is perfect for day trips. Had a great time and would visit again. The property management team were very helpful, quick to respond with booking and entry messages and even allowed us to have golf clubs shipped to their office.

Great Get Away!

Large condo! Lots of space! I would say I wish I would of read the paper work a little better! Bring your own Beach towels and beach chairs. Bring your own pillows. Didn't love theirs. Extra blankets if you are cold natured. You will need to pick up toilet tissue, paper towels and garbage bags. Not a big deal! I would definitely stay again! The community is very nice!!

Nice place.

Great place for a family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The beach walkway is just across the street. The pools are nice. The condo itself is spacious and clean. We enjoyed the balcony overlooking the lake and saw plenty of turtles, birds, and an otter.

Great stay!

Great place! Easy to access. Some items in condo were broken (refrigerator shelving) and carpet had several noticable creases that can cause tripping for children. Overall very enjoyable. TV in living room was very small as well

Not bad

We really love the location. Beach is just across the street. My problem with this unit was cleanliness and supplies. 1. The single bedroom across from the bathroom pillow case has a stain. 2.The washer/dryer area has a urine type odor. 3. Only one body soap which was brand new in the master bedroom. 4. There were a used body soap in the hallway bathrrom. 5. All bedrooms only had one washcloth. Thank God I kept a 5pc from a previous trip. 6. No hand-soap. 7. Only one roll of toilet paper in both bathrooms with 5 person stay for 3 days and 4 nights. 8 No beach towels. Now overall I gave it 3 stars only because I had brought some of these items because they were from a previous trip last year. We had to purchase the items missing. We've rented condos in the past and they've all had these items available.

Great condo

Everything was great and they were very quick to respond to a few problems. Only thing that was wrong was a broken screen. They said they would have it rescreened while we were there but it didn’t happen. Stephanie was very friendly and helpful. You only get one towel set per person. Take your own or was constantly. That was the only drawback! Will stay there again!!

As advertised

Community facilities were great especially the 2 heated pools and the 2 hot hot tubs as the weather was in the high 60s. Unit 952 was as expected except TV's were not easy to operate and largest TV was small. 2 beds in 3d bedroom were very small (twins?). Otherwise would rent again and would recommend.

Beautiful Condo!

This gorgeous unit was perfect for my family of 5! When we walked in, we were surprised to find out how spacious it was in comparison to the pictures. It is fully- equipped, very clean and has everything you need for a relaxing beach stay. There was a luggage cart available to residents, which made coming and leaving very convenient. Parking was easy and we were only steps away from the beach. We couldn't ask for more! It was an awesome experience. We will return again!

Great spring break!

The condo was wonderful- just as described in photos and plenty of room for a family of 6. Well equipped. We had such a good stay! Our only complaint was that it needs blackout curtains in front bedrooms due to exterior hallway light shining all night. We also had some trouble with the keyless door lock. Maintenance was always quick to help, but it probably needs to be serviced because we got locked out a few times. The community itself is beautiful and huge! Beach access was very close and easy, but beware of hidden rocks in the water. Would not recommend swimming or fishing. Great shelling and good for playing in the surf. Beautiful coast line. The pool was a little farther than we realized it would be. About a 5 minute walk from the condo, which was still fine! There are 2 pools but only one is a “kids” pool. The other is a “quiet” pool (maybe we missed that in the description) so the lakeside kids pool gets crowded. They do have a grille/bar next to the lakeside pool, with limited hours. Food was yummy! Service was super slow and that’s the only food option on the property. The game room was well stocked with fun things for our boys. The gym was tiny. They have a decent variety of equipment but it always seems to be packed and difficult to grab a space. Outside though, you have enough side walk/paths to get in some good distance running or walking. Other stuff- Publix grocery is just about a mile away and super convenient! You can actually walk there. It’s sidewalked all the way down. There are also a few other little restaurants on the way there- JT’s Seafood Shack was excellent. You can easily drive up A1A and hit other little towns and then St Augustine was only 30-45 minutes with tons of options for food and entertainment. Good/easy fishing at Fort Matanzas both from the bridge or off beach.

Not the greatest...

The place itself was well kept and clean. They left one roll of toilet paper and a few towels for the entire 6 guests which we thought was a bit crazy. Usually rentals go above and beyond with these types of things. The most annoying part about staying here is the security. Every single day you must go through the security check point to get to your place, we were there during Bike Week and often waited in line for 15+ minutes to get “checked” in order to proceed to our own place. It became ridiculous, other people in our group had their passes yanked and had to get a 1 day pass every single day. It’s a nice area but nowhere near that nice to have this crazy amount of security. I wouldn’t go back just because of the security.
