The living room features a queen sofa bed, wood-burning fireplace (wood can be bought at any local store), large flat-screen TV -offering ample space for relaxation and entertainment.
In the master bedroom the is a king bed along with an en-suite full bathroom.
Upstairs, the loft provides additional sleeping quarters with a queen bed, TV, and a en-suite bathroom with a shower.
For added convenience, the condo includes a washer, dryer, and blow dryers in each bathroom.
The private balcony offers majestic views, overlooking the mountains and ski slopes. Wildlife sightings and the sounds of the Snake River await.

1. There is no elevator! You will ascend up 1 flight of stairs to reach this 2nd floor unit, where breathtaking views of the mountains and ski resort await.
2. Unfortunately, camper trailers and oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated onsite.
We take pride in our guest service and support. There is a "Welcome Book" in the kitchen area, designed to help make your stay as seamless and smooth as possible. We also offer a 24/7 emergency contact (contact info found in the Welcome Book).
PARKING: There is 1 assigned parking space #413 in the heated garage (no code, door opens). Another spot is available in the front lot, (no guarantee) first come first serve parking. 2 parking passes are in the front of the "Welcome Book". Return them at check-out to avoid a $100 replacement charge.
CLUBHOUSE: The hot tub, sauna and pool are in the Clubhouse. Located across the walkway in the front lobby building. Pool towels can be found in the bedroom closets and/or master vanity. Hours are from 6am-10pm daily (hours are subject to change per the H.O.A.).
SKI LOCKER: Key is hanging by the front door and the ski locker is located in the foyer at the bottom of the stairs. $75 replacement fee if the key is not returned at check-out.
FIREPLACE:Fireplace is wood burning; fire wood can be bought at most gas stations and City Market. Caution: Do NOT use liquid fire starters/fluids, as they are fire hazards. *Important*- make sure the flue is open by sliding the handle all the way to the right (located in the vent above fireplace doors).
SLEEPER SOFA LINENS: Linen set can be found in the master closet. Pillows are in the bedroom closets. (If used, leave sleeper sofa open and sheets left on for House Keeping to remove)
SATELLITE TV & STREAMING:Both TVs have Dish Satellite Cable TV. The Dish remote works for TV and Dish box (there is a remote diagram & channel guide in the back of this book). If you login to Amazon, Netflix or other streaming services on a smart TV, be sure you log out when checking out.
WASHER & DRYER: The washer and dryer are in the hallway closet. You are provided with detergent in the closet left of the washer & dryer.
ELECTRICAL PANEL: Electrical box is located on the hallway next to the kitchen should a breaker trip.
COOL AIR: There is NO air conditioning in this home. Open the windows to create a cross breeze of cool mountain air. There is a portable fan in each bedroom closet.
THERMOSTATS: There are 4 thermostats in this home that control baseboard heaters. One in each bedroom, hallway and kitchen/ living room. Do not put clothing on baseboards as this is a fire hazard. When checking out please turn thermostats to 60 degrees.
TALKING TRASH:You are provided with trash bags under the kitchen sink. When the kitchen trash is full, please take your bagged trash out to the dumpster (located in the front parking lot) during your stay.
LIGHT BULBS & BATTERIES: If a light or remote dies during your stay, extra light bulbs and batteries can be found in the kitchen cabinet above the fridge. If any hard-to-reach ceiling bulbs need to be changed, please contact us. Let us know if you need it done during your stay or after you check out, include this property name in the email.
EMERGENCIES: There is a FIRE EXTINGUISHER and FIRST AID KIT under the kitchen sink.
