With convenient access to Lyft and Uber, rental cars, and beach shuttles, this is the perfect beach retreat destination! And with parking fees ranging from $35-175+taxes (depending on stay duration) as well as a daily service fee of $30 per unit, the perfect vacation awaits!

Please note that there is a $30 daily resort fee per unit and a $250 refundable security deposit paid upon arrival at the front desk.

We also offer tiered resort fee prices based on the length of your stay:
$25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
$20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
$300 per month for stays of 30 days.
Stays exceeding 30 days are charged $300 + $10 per additional day

The resort and parking fees are not included in the price paid on the booking channel and paid separately.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
